    Thanks.
    Wow this heatsink is small. I had to repair this laptop and my friend was running this thing at 50% CPU at all times. It was insane. Bloatware sucks.

      Haha, I actually came here because of your other video, because I wanted to check and see just what kind of disaster are we really dealing with here, and oh lordy, what is that mounting pressure? Are they hoping to maintain contact between the two surfaces using hopes and dreams? Or the rage of the end users as this lagtop thermal throttles to a standstill?
      This thing, if it is even worth working on, would need something like liquid metal and a constantly on laptop cooler fan blowing hard from below... or even a straight up cutout on the bottom chassis and a custom metal cooling finstack mounted on.

    Thank you! Your video answered many questions. As far as this model E510MA goes, you get what you pay for. For my temporary needs, really all I need to do is upgrade the SSD as I accidentally got a 128GB instead of a 500GB. Will also invest in a chill mat as it does run a bit hot. It will be a good backup device once I'm settled again. Ya know? Thanx again.

    I know this is very late, but you are much more intelligent than I when it comes to computers. I really need to know how much ram storage I am allowed to apply to this model of computer. I've checked multiple sources and they all seem to say 16 GB, but there are a few that suggest more and less. So, if you can answer this question, I would really appreciate it. My emulator is lagging pretty badly, and the frame rate is low. I've also already tried to fix it using traditional methods, like disabling Vsync and anti-aliasing. The computer is just not powerful enough to run Gamecube games and above.

    • @MakaiTechReviews
      @MakaiTechReviews  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      First, you need to move the metal latch which holds the plastic white connector down. Then simply lever one side of this white connector and it will just pop. It is "tight" but nothing special.
