There are many cases where it comes out that point to the contrary. It could be angry adults trying to get revenge or in divorce cases and custody disputes etc. .

It appears that he’s okay with what he did. Alcohol does give people the courage (by way of lowering their inhibitions) to do things that they typically would not do sober. Blackouts are real and many times you may not remember everything but he openly admits the pieces that he remembers, Which are the main pieces of the murders so he’s openly admitting guilt. It’s obvious he was holding some deep seeded secrets he couldn’t live with. If the father was indeed molesting family members than it is what it is. Lives get destroyed by molesters. I feel bad for the family of the step mother. Some of what he’s saying is for the lawyers (I didn’t intend to do this). If you read between the lines he’s okay with it. If he beats the case somehow he beats it but if not then he looks ready to accept it.
The "liquid courage" thing is not real, it doesn't exist. If someone intends to harm a person, they will do it with or without alcohol. In fact, a person is more likely to blackout from a psychotic episode than from drinking alcohol.
He's at peace because his dad was a macho that raised him like this . At a young age he was taught to attack sex predators who harm his family he was clearly torn by the decision he felt was necessary based on his upbringing . No one just kills they dad and to top it off the fact that he was also raised to not cry or be weak in the publics eye is also so sad he's broken but his mind is forcing him to act differently
I want to know if the abuse was real. Was it towards the sister? He seems sincere to me. I do believe he loved his dad, so did the abuse along with alcohol really make him snap? I guess we will find out.
I think what ultimately made him snap was the fact that his father had sexually abused him too when he was younger and it has had an affect on him mentally and emotionally for a very long time and he could no longer bare to stand by and allow his younger sibling to go through the exact same treatment 💔 😢

I believe half his story. A marine broke my foot in three pieces on his bday at my friends apartment. I had witnesses, I was vulnerable and under the influence of “Four Loko” too. He was my friend so I didn’t file charges but I never spoke to him again. I lived in the complex. He called me on his bday and wanted to do something. I told him to come over and well find something to do. He came over to celebrate his bday but he ended up breaking my foot at my neighbors home, being aggressive and showing off his military techniques and strength in front of my friends. Four loko is outlawed in some states and the recipe I drank was stronger. I remember blacking out, had I been normal I would not have steel on my leg to this day. That alcohol should be illegal forever and outlawed. It’s destroyed many lives.

Sexual assault is a major crime. Some people refuse to see it that way. I don't from personal experience. He got taken out and taken care of for what he did. He had a good solid reason.
He mentioned drinking a four Loko I remember a few years back there was a report on how people were blacking out with that drink. Alcohol is worse than hard drugs.
I blacked out on that drink. Didn’t even remember the guy I woke up with! He said I almost drown in the jacuzzi I remember being in there but I don’t remember getting out.
It is I had one just one when I was a teen and I promised I would never drink that shit again it gets your heart going and you panic I was lucky because for some reason I have a high tolerance for alcohol other wise I don't know what would of happened to me
Blackouts do happen , not saying he isn't responsible for his actions wether sober or drunk blacked out but I can say from personal experience blackouts are real. You'll do things you cant remember doing and most of the time it's not good.
In my experience with blackouts after drinking lots of liquor, my attention span is probably only about 5-10 seconds long, and everything becomes reactionary. You're not thinking clearly and can be quite emotional. His story actually seems plausible, but of course it doesn't absolve him of responsibility. I wonder if he's had previous unreported issues while being drunk

@Emotx 右ヅ医 I agree with you! I honestly see what you see has happened here. He had to handle him and make sure he wouldn’t do this anymore to anyone! He is a service man.
His sister was 11 at the time of the shooting and he said he had prior knowledge five years before of the abuse so that means the sister was probably anywhere between the ages of five and six With her father was abusing her I think his father might of abused him to as a child
I believe his story about abusing his sister and he felt that he had to stop him somehow so thats when he got drunk to get the courage to stop his father from abusing his lil sister. When abuse is brought up he gets very emotional. Getting drunk will make you not feel any kind of emotions or feel any fear, makes people numb, just like drugs do. Thats why alot of people who suffer from some kind of traumatic issue they turn to drugs to numb their feelings. So now that hes sober hes feeling guilty and remorseful and regretful especially if his sister was left with no immediate family to care for her. I just hope shes with family and have to be in the system to be adopted by strangers.
Obviously people lose their minds when they are intoxicated either drug or drunk. The son will regret it the rest of his life for killing his father and stepmother but, if his dad did that to his sister will it means his dad wasn't a good person. So tragic for him and his whole family.
Good job getting him to talk. Now it's up to the investigators to determine if anything he said is correct. Horrible situation for the families especially his sister. ✝️🙏💐

If it was that, a normal person would fetch the sister and take her far away in the sense of starting a new life. In a hardened life even kids age 16 could think of this option; he's 23 and decided to end many lives.
He’s saying he did all the shooting of the first clip in the dark so he could of in all reality shot his 11 year old sister. This situation could’ve been mitigated if courts took stuff like this as seriously as they do cocaine.
If he killed his father bc the father was molesting someone then why wouldn’t he own that instead of blaming alcohol and saying it was involuntary? It’s his refusal to own his actions and live stream it that make his cause sound unbelievable
He was on track to a bright future. Thus far, he's been doing fine - joined the Marines and currently in college. And then wanted to be a cop. All that is down the drain now because of his actions that night. He endured 4.5 years in the Marines, he won't have a hard time finding a job with his experience. Maybe it's PTSD?

A hero in my eyes. I was sexually abused by my step dad and my mom knew. Many knew. No one called the cops. I had to at the age of 15. My mom stayed with my step dad and my brother continues to speak to him. When my mom had passed.I had only limited time at my mom funeral to be with her because he had paid for it. I got 30 min. He won. I have always felt unloved by my mother, even at her death.
I’m so sorry. Thank you for sharing 🤍

If this goes to a jury with this type of testimony I don’t think he’s gonna be able to get off depending on what they charge him with
How do you know?? Guessing or just believing an alleged murdered.
The "liquid courage" thing is not real, it doesn't exist. If someone intends to harm a person, they will do it with or without alcohol. In fact, a person is more likely to blackout from a psychotic episode than from drinking alcohol.
@@janetrogers4738 Alleged? Get real.. The admission came from the horse's mouth.
I believe him.
I think what ultimately made him snap was the fact that his father had sexually abused him too when he was younger and it has had an affect on him mentally and emotionally for a very long time and he could no longer bare to stand by and allow his younger sibling to go through the exact same treatment 💔 😢

I wanted to write him off at first. He finally cried about his father. I believe that he believed that his father got away with something and he got severed Justice.
It's possible to block out thought because of shame and guilt. Bet the whole picture will show. He sounds like his defence is rage and not premeditated. However, the fact that he left the lights off after breaking in, means he meant to do what he did, and drank alcohol to do it. If his sister wasn't staying away from him afterwards, I wonder if it was to protect her. And why was she sleeping in their room? Very sad situation....
This ex marine did this for a good reason I'm sure. We as military vets tend to PROTECT others and that us instilled in us. I honestly think he was protecting his sister from some abuse but that's something the investigators have to find out. He was protecting someone in the family from abuse. As far as him not remembering well I have blacked out many times and remembering bits and spurts of what happened. So let's see what happens now......
He protected his sister and let's not dismiss the sexual abuse that was inflicted on his sister for 5 years that alone is enough. He defended his sister and couldn't let it continue that father left a young girl wounded for life. This young mans actions was not the way to go about it but what about the fact a innocent girl was robbed forever of her innocence
Who is going to stop a sexual predator from continuing the abuse who please tell me because from what I see and know grown men, dads ect keep getting away and are killing young kids spirits and that's not ok who will protect these kids tell me please because I wish someone protected me
he's innocent .. even his father said you did good .. so that tell you that he did the right thing
Case closed lol 🤣😂🤣🤣😂😅
He’s lying 🤥 he came there for a purpose he wanted to kill him listen to what he says about his dad !! You did good he sounded satisfied 😮 maybe he was abused by his father? He said abusing his stepmom is a big weird it angered him . He sounds like he’s a intelligent guy it’s sad 😔 he bottled a lot of hate and probably depression set in .
Right... Some people just do dumb stuff
If it's true then the parents deserve hell. However, he shouldn't have been the one to send them there. I get that we have low faith in the system when it comes down to abusers, pedophiles..but you have to try the system first..If they are let back out do the job that system should have done. I feel as though the jury will be far more forgiving.
Sometimes you have to send your own demons and curses to hell yourself
I believe him. FREE HIM!
😪🙏😓
