People hate on her for no reason. I have been observing her for last few years and Jhanvi is really non pretentious and comes across as a genuinely nice person

Janhvi kapoor has evolved alot.....and I genuinely think that she will get her dues in the coming future
She’s likeable and her honesty is endearing but the truth is that she’s not that good of an actor. She was very underwhelming in Gunjan, it was close to expressionless. So it’s not fair to say she didn’t get the reviews because the critics were scared to praise her. I didn’t love her in Good Luck Jerry either because the performance graph was very unclear but at least there was some capable emoting and I agree it was her best. She should just own that she has a bit of a way to go and not blame external factors.
True that. You put that in a very good way. Also, when she said that she cries naturally organically even when it is not in the script, i think it was so stupid to say that because then it reminded me of great actors like Nawazuddin Siddiqui or Aparna Sen , Radhika Apte who know what art needs.
