The most BEAUTIFUL thing about Mary Tyler Moore is that no matter what she went through it never made her bitter and she was always kind and shining her light on everyone!

SO TRUE WHAT SHE SAYS ABOUT LOSING SOMEONE. I LOST MY MOM LITTLE OVER A YEAR AGO AND IT WAS A TERRIBLE LOST FOR ME. SHE WAS MY BEST FRIEND. I WILL NEVER BE THE SAME WITHOUT HER. FUNNY THING MY MOTHERS NAME IS MARY MOORE ALSO. WE USE TO WATCH HER SHOW EVERY SATURDAY NIGHT. IT WAS ONE MY FAVORITES. THANKS FOR POSTING. R.I.P.

No one "deserves" deaths of loved ones "to happen to them".

You’re gonna make it after all ❤️ That ending lyric has gotten me through so much in life . When I felt most broken I told my self I would make it after all, and I did. Thank you Mary Tyler Moore , cheers to you and all the people you helped believe in themselves when they needed it the most ❤️❤️❤️

Mary never ever used personal pain as PR tactic to get boo hoo interviews to help get attention for her work. She had the character many female stars lack

It wasn’t HER production company, it was named in her honor by her husband who ran the business , MTM has talked about this many many times and it’s also in her book! Lastly RIP Mary !

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh, LIFE. Utterly NO FAIRNESS to it, what so ever. Either Confucious or some other Philosopher said something like the ultimate test of your life is how many times you're able to RECOVER from tragedies...NOT how few tragedies you've had. Mary truly did "Make it after allllllllllll" !!!

Why do Access Hollywood hosts all speak through their nose? Too bad elocution lessons don't come with the territory. Mary had a beautiful voice -- a pleasure to hear her speak.

Watched this because I'm an MTM show fan, but this dwelling on the suffering of rich successful people gets to be too much. How are they any different than anyone else in life's sufferings and merit special pity - especially when almost half the world lives on less than a couple dollars per day. Also, it was indeed a bad thing, trying to kill her brother. It's a totally false type of compassion. Only God gives life and only he can decide when to take it back. Murdering the ill also conveniently washes away our responsibility to care for them. And yes, I have been through it in my own family.

nothing more tacky than celebrities using or embellishing their personal problems for a little bit of attention. In Hollywood, if you have two drinks one night in 1982, you can use the old "I;m an alcoholic" routine for publicity

You should never help someone die .. it’s murder... Mary’s brother was very selfish to even ask her to.

Yes, it's definitely not right what she did. Shows that she had a rather undeveloped moral sense and a surprisingly weak nature.
