First time Iowa Women's basketball team has ever been in a National Championship game. I know losing the game hurts here but you had a great season and you went above everyone's expectations in making it to the National Championship game. At the beginning of the year who would of thought let alone predicted you would be playing for a National Championship? Not many here predicted that would happen. Due to your deep run in the NCAA tournament you put Iowa's program on the map regarding Iowa's Women college basketball. You set the bar high and now all that needs to be done is go out and set the bar even higher by getting back to the National Championship game and winning the damn thing next year..In order to be a champion in any sport sometimes this comes by losing. Not many here can say they have played for a college National Championship. So hang your heads high. Goodluck next season.

Great run next yr ran into crazy 3 point shooting 60 percent and fouls calls when we were down by 7 great season great team
