If the citizens of Scranton are truly concerned about what is going on in their city why is it the same individuals time and time again, over and over are the only ones speaking up. "KUDOS" to them, but shame on the rest of the city for not voicing their thoughts and opinions......It's funny how the multitude of people come into down town Scranton for the St Patricks Day Parade, for First Fridays and the Italian Festival but never come out to voice your complaints and Ideas to the Scranton City Council on topics that are deeply impacting on them in their daily lives......This quote surly fits this situation " The people will either hang together or they will surly hang separately.
