Without a doubt you are the best PPF guy on TH-cam, Ricky. I've installed PPF for 15 years and the way you describe every detail is exactly right. If there are any newbies out there, listen to this guy! He knows what he's talkin about!
I super appreciate your comment! From a seasoned professional like yourself, it really means a lot. It took a long time to be able to explain what I'm doing so well. 😁👍🏻 Are you interested in the hat? You are #5 to mention my legal first name. If you do, send me an email to Info@encorewindowtinting.com with your address, and I'll ship you one. 😁
I’ve been laying film for 6 months now I went from a detailer to a tech where I work. Let me tell you those bulking rear bumpers terrify me. Your video has literally helped me know how and when to take the steps that I had all scrambled up! Very grateful for you man!!!
That is awesome to hear! This is the whole reason I started this channel. I think that as you (or anyone) gains more experience with PPF that you'll be able to pick up on more things in the videos. More advanced techniques and tips that you can't understand until you are a bit further along (like you are at 6 mobths). There is always room to grow and learn new things. I still watch others work and learn new techniques, tips, and tricks. One more thing. Great job taking the initiative and searching out ways to learn more and grow yourself as an installer! You've got this! 👍🏻
That's good to hear on the plotter cutter content. I'll have to get that started. Thank you for watching the videos! 😁 Reach out to me @ Info@encorewindowtinting.com
Yeah, I get it. Some parts I do worry about that with. I've also broken plastic parts and then had to replace them. So, if you don't remove them then you never have to worry about that. 👍
Great video as always! Videos are geting better and better :) It is nice to see preparation process, all the things You have to consider before laying down the film. Even simple measuring you did was great, because i was struggling with this on my own and had to ask someone to hold measuring tape with me xd. Thank You again for the time sharing Your knowledge! Have a nice day :)
Awesome! Thank you for that feedback. I'm glad to hear that things are getting better. I feel like things are flowing better and getting easier to explain. It's also good to hear that those other added parts (like measuring) are helpful. I wasn't sure if viewers were going to like that or hate that I'm not just jumping into the installation.
No, that's crazy. It's a pretty popular vehicle. I'll go through my recorded footage and see if I've ever recorded one. If I have, I'll start the editing process. 👌🏻
I am having a difficult time finding a LEGIT roll of PPF from any of the major brands. Amazon and Ebay all state 3m fbut repackaged through another name like Vvivid... I don't know if these would be of same quality and I definitely don't want to waste my time to have it fail in a few months or years. Could you give me any reputable vendors without needing to be a licensed installer or distributor? I am in Texas if it matters. Also, I would love the Tinted PPF from one of your Shorts but that is also impossible to find it seems - any help is greatly appreciated.
I should mention this in the videos more often, but we can sell you name band rolls of PPF. We have a few options! Reach out to us at TH-cam@encorewindowtinting.com 👍
Also, you are right. It's about impossible to get a good quality PPF from most of these places online. You just never know what you are getting. Unfortunately, people can buy fake boxes of anything you want and sell them as legitimate brand-name materials. I did some training with a guy a couple of months back, and he had bought a roll of PPF online and was having a bunch of problems with it. He brought it in so we could could test it. It was garbage. It wouldn't stick, was so hard to work with, and it went bad on his headlights within 5 months. Thank goodness he hadn't put it on the paint yet. We threw that roll away! 🤦🏻♂️👍🏻

Excellent Video on Bumper PPF installation. Thank you very much.
Of course! Thank you for watching and commenting. I'm glad that people find the videos helpful/ informative.
More great tips. I don't always remove trim parts because I'm concerned that I'll break the clips off. Several good pieces of information.
Thanks !.

Any content on the front end on these vehicles?

Hello ricky greeting from indonesian ppf installer 🔰🙏
Welcome to the channel. It's awesome that we can connect from around the world!
Can i give 2 thumbs up? 😉
It seems that TH-cam frowns upon double positives (2 thumbs up) and thus makes them cancel each other out. 😂😅
Ricky! Hahahhaa.
I'm way too late to the party.
Only 3 months or so late! 🤣😂 Thank you for really watching the video and then commenting. 👍🏻 Hopfully, you found the video helpful. 😁
