I don't have art books either, and I didn't even look at this book because I'm selective what I buy, especially books from unknown authors. I do love art, and seeing those illustrations made me realize I missed out because creepy, gothic art is beautiful to me. I ordered one right away, Tim. Thanks for making me aware of this book and reminding me I should look closer at books I would normally just quickly glance at.
Wow! I hope you dig it as much as I do. It’s definitely a great idea that Jerad had. There are a few artists out there, that will eventually have a portfolio big enough to fill a book like this, that I’d buy instantly.
@itsterrific I just got mine, and I definitely DIG it, Tim. Wow! My custom illustration was a dragon, a creature I've always loved. Within a few minutes of flipping through pages, I found fantastic illustrations of Del Toro creatures, Godzilla, Worf, Ray Bradbury, other gothic treats that were eye candy! It's obvious Allen is very talented. I would love to see a F.V. collection like this, as I know a lot of us in this community appreciate his work.
I bought two. I'm a sucker for remarques. A lot of book for 50 bucks. The second one I specifically asked Jerad for a horror theme. And he delivered. The first was a rocketship . 🎉

I didn’t consider asking for a theme! I’d have asked if there was a Halloween theme.
