I'm glad they're making new banknotes - I hate this push for everything to become cashless - just let me choose how I want to pay for stuff!

I live in Italy so I use the Euro as currency, pounds are nice as banknotes but (I always use cash): why are there no 100 pound notes for example?? In short, if I have to withdraw 2,000 pounds, the maximum denomination is 50 and therefore it would be a lot of banknotes, in Italy there are at least 100€
@@Italia4_ The highest useful note is £20, most places won't take a £50 from you.
Only time I have cash in the UK is to pay the window cleaner, I think even he has a card reader now
Most of us have no use for a cashless society and are strongly pushing against it!
I think the portrait of King Charles should have been of him when he was slightly older (like basically what he looks like now), since he did not become King until 2022. I would also say he looks more regal now than he did back in the day.

Ai is to be used to defraud and reshape the malleable dupe that is man. that's how i feel it will go. Ai will dance to the beat of whichever dubious control freak wants to control for control's sake.... basic scenario: either through sheer peevishness and spite or due to a desire to divest you of what's yours - the Ai will deduct your banked credits and apply them to another account and refuse to acknowledge your concerns as you desperately attempt to get through to an actual person in customer services... i notice civil service are attempting to implement Ai voice activation for their various customer service depts. if it's outsourced to call centres which also work for other firms the scope for fraudulent activity is pretty much limitless.... it is now, in fact, with human interaction. as i say guilty consciences or palpable guilt are gonna be erased with the simulated uber mensch Ai service.

I haven’t been to England let alone London in sometime, but it will be neat in the middle of 2024 when somebody gets their first Charlie
