HOW TO REPLACE A 313 or 318 POLY VALVE STEM SEAL!

I am not a mechanic just someone who does not want to pay another person for what i should be able to do myself, this is the third valve stem seal i have ever replaced and it is a little frustrating but it is not hard to do, just have patience and keep trying until you succeed, the trick is to lube it up well days before and tap the top of the spring multiple times with a hammer to loosen the stuck on collet's, hope it helps someone to save some money by doing it themself, good luck and do not belt it too hard with the hammer or you could bend the valve, just go easy.
