Coming from your newer powerful versions, I can definitely see how you've grown. That said, I find the decision to include these apparent stringed bow instruments over the lyrics and some parts of the instrumental is not one I can vibe with. They take power away from the lyrics, and are kinda grating on the ears tbh. But most importantly, they seem to fight the lyrics for attention, and just don't feel like they go well with the rest of the suite. Maybe you will revisit this track some day, and make it even better?
It was indeed not the wisest decision of instruments, nor the modulation is at it's best. Though this track is so unique, so massive among other Sabaton songs that I was afraid if I don't put uniqe and powerful sounds under the original it won't be hearable enough. But the truth is boost is much more important than to hear out each instrument. I'm indeed planning a revisit. It will be a challenge.
