I guess it is because you are not spewing out four letter words and not throwing up rouster tails , riding across grass in parks or riding the arch over the Caveman bridge. Hay but I am here enjoying your ride on the XT, makes me want to roll mine out and go for a ride, temps here are not that cold in the 30'sF and snow is gone and a bit of rain right now, oh well I will be out riding as you do in a few weeks with one exception, I will take a couple of my QCX mini's QRP Ham / Shortwave transceivers along rid to a spot throw up a line (Wire antenna) and tap out some code (Morse Code) and log a few countries' that I have had a QSO with. Keep it up, I like how you are doing thing's I have only 400 miles on my 2024 XT250, hope to make up a few miles this summer.
I bought a used one 2019 12k miles $2500. Seems do enough for my needs in colorado mountains. Bikes are so expensive, only cheaper ones could find are the older yamaha xt225 $2k, and broken $1k 2000 kawasaki klr250 super sherpa that need be gone through hadn't run in long time.
Those trails haven't changed much in over 40 years. I knew right where you were.
