In the sizzling veggies, add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp chilli sauce, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, ½ tsp sambhar masala, ½ tsp red chilli powder. Mix everything well. Now, add the rotis and saute it on high flame for about 10 mins. Sprinkle some salt, turn off the flame and ask Chef 2 to do the final plating. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and add 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp garlic, 1-2 green chillies that have been julienned by Chef 1. Toss it over the hot flame so everything stays crunchy. Now add ½ cup carrots, ½ cup onions, ½ cup shredded cabbage. Saute on high flame. Now that you’re done with the saute, let Chef 1 take over for the spices and the roti! Time for the last step. Give the Kothu Roti mixture a final stir. Serve it on a plate and garnish with onions and cabbage. You’re done! *Disclaimer: This is not a paid activity.
