The BMW 7 Series saloon has not always got the recognition that its quality has merited. Often outmuscled in the luxury saloon market by the Jaguar XJ, the Mercedes Benz C-Class, and the classy Audi A8, it’s always felt like the last one to find a date for the prom.

Purchased a 2016 740Li in December 2022 with 42k miles. Alpine White like my 97' e39 540i. I have the Executive Package, M Sport option, and more. I am really looking forward to becoming comfortable in this dream car. It is quite complex but I continue to learn. In rural areas of US Tennessee, my initial hot drive seems impressive. Hope to have many trouble free miles ahead!

Brilliant review im possibly or S Class looking at buying one next year and the other reviews are short and not as informative. This review has made my decision.

If you are going to drive your car it's a no brainer, BMW is better in engine, transmission and suspension department than both S class and A8. Buy S class if you spend your time in the back and BMW if you drive it.
