+Ghost That's because mood melodies produces on cubase...lol so now its confirmed who did it.. Also you can actually see alan's laptop on the side with FL12 and the melody notes for the alone drop... I think that is the only thing he probably did on his own... If he thinks cubase is so complex , why not show and explain his project in FL 12 itself... and look at the way he explains everything lol.... Sometimes I doubt he is even a producer... All he can do is play pianos during live performances and write melodies , nothing more and nothing less not even the chords... Instead of supporting him , Accept the truth.... I also think all the alan walker fans should know this....They should support mood melodies instead
@@sasakavardhanam5474 nope...Since most of the time DJs are busy playing gigs they dont get time to finish their entire song..that's when co-producers are enganged since Alan Walker is a bigger brand than Mood Melodies...and releasing in the name of Alan everyone will make huge profits
SLICΞ ԜΛLKΞΓ I’m sorry. I’m a music producer and I use Logic Pro x but I’m still able to use my own song in different DAW and know what I’m taking about. And more to the point if Alan uses FL then why is it in Cubase? Maybe because someone else who uses Cubase produced it 😂😂
Then how did he make songs like hope,135, and force. He made those songs before he got famous and signed a record deal with Sony Music. Also English isn't his native language but in the Future Music Magazine show they had fl studio in the English settings so that's why he had a hard time explaining everything.
This perfectly shows how the EDM/pop scene is no longer a stage for talented artists, but rather just a very profitable business model. Alan Walker is the company name, Mood Melodies is the go-to tech guy, the guy pretending to be Alan is the face of the company, and there are probably a couple others involved. It's perfectly legal business. They aren't looking to make music that touches people emotionally, they are just aiming to mass-produce tracks that are hard to hate and easy to recognize (Meaning no experimentation, no personality, no controversy etc.). Then promote it like crazy to get it into the top charts and boom, business is flourishing. And this will continue forever. Any sound that seems to attract a lot of people will be exploited by capitalist production companies. You gotta go underground if you want to find pure talent. A single talented artist just can't weigh up against a professionally organized company, unless you're Deadmau5 or something.
@@ES-rs5fo he has insanely amount of talent and sence of musicality, unlike all of mainstresm artist who copy chords and hire ghost producers and just pushing their garbage for money
@@ES-rs5fo i think that goes for Alan cuz if NCS didnt found Fade he still would be producing in his bedroom lol And if mau5 doesnt know think how can you explain his genius chors and polyrhytns and whatnot?
@@ES-rs5fo every single fucking person is exactly this. You cannot be successful without others. I don't understand what you mean by he doesn't have talent? I have absolutely no idea about your background but you seem kind of ignorant.
@HSM yeah man, this is all business, K391 and ahrix are his main producers. Alan keeps releasing the old songs from ahrix and K391, Latest track "end of time" is nothing but ahrix's track nova (released in 2013) with vocals added, fucking hate AW
@@DJSohail most of the producers ....no no ....literally almost all of them have used dharma sample packs (vol 1 -3) atleast ......KSHMR is the GOD OF PRODUCERS ....heck even taki taki of dj snake has used his sample packs too ......
For Alan Walker's type of music, that many layers is just inefficient sound selection. Too many producers these days layer tons of crap without knowing why. If you can't make a decent sounding track with just the sounds you need, you're not doing something right.
So many jealous haters in the comments, OH he wasn't the only who made the song, OH what a shocker 🙄 There are barely any famous producers who make tracks completely on their own, y'all are just mad that Alan became successful at such young age.
This is just unbelievable. Scrolling through the comments here shows how superficial this whole edm scene is. Its all about making everything perfect and if there is something imperfect it starts a wave of hate and people jump on it without even questioning it. First of all: I produce music by myself as many other people here too. I produce music pretty much 24/7 as much as I can and still I have projects which are alot smaller than this and after a few months or weeks I dont know shit about it anymore and it takes me some time to figure out how everything works in there. Second thing: Alan is using FL Studio to produce music. What you see here in the video is THE MIXING PROJECT in Cubase! Mood Melodies seems like a really technical engineer guy, he knows how to layer 8 synths with the same melodie and make them sound like 1 thick lead. Alan probably writes the melodies, the drops and everything in a rough demo shape. Mood Melodies brings it to the next level and has the ability to make it sound like a commercial record. This is how most of the music industry works nowadays. People have different talents and abilities and they team up to create something amazing. I really respect alan for showing that in a video! And my last point (and in my opinion the most important because people are obviously too retarded to see that): Alan is 20 years old. He is more or less new in the music scene. He is obviously not a very confident person (not meaning that in a bad way). He is a bit shy and appears also a bit introvert to me. Alot of "gamers" are a bit like that. The reason why alot in here he said didnt really make sense or was hard to understand is not because he is stupid and doesnt know what he is doing. Its because he was OBVIOUSLY NERVOUS and didnt really felt comfortable with the cameras around him. For the most people it takes time to get used to all that fame and attention etc. And his personality is also clearly not the superstar kind of who wants to spent the whole life on stage. Most of you guys if you were in Alan's position, you would suffer from anxiety and start talking stuff that wouldnt make any sense if you would do a video like this and thats totally OKAY! But DONT FUCKING HATE IT AND USE YOUR BRAIN before you write a comment with like "GHOSTPRODUCER" or "HE DOESNT EVEN KNOW WHAT A SAW WAVE IS" And the comment from TEX "Alan Walker was one my heroes but after watching this vid im fucked" is sad to see...dude you should really think about what you wrote there. You liked him because of his music? And this music is still his music. No one ghostproduced it or shit like that. The artist Alan Walker is a team, the person alan walker is the creative head behind that and he most likely came up with everything you've considered him being a hero for!! I dont understand the marketing behind it or the promotional aspect but the secret probably is that there is no because Im pretty sure the whole team watched the video multiple times before it got on youtube and they still decided to upload it with knowing what impact it will probably cause. Hope at least some people here change their mind because the amount of negativ energy here is rediculously unfair for alan and his team!
you completely missed the point. The complaints and jokes are not about the quality of the track. It's an "Alan Walker" track, which "Alan" clearly contributed very little, if anything to.
your last point is so dumb, avicii and martin garrix, both were super young when they got their famous hits, and they both were able to explain everything from scratch, and they did that alone. Its clear as sky that marshmello and alan have little to no talent, they are a brand. Dont get me wrong, the songs are great I absolutely love them but quit pretending like alan actually did some shit to begin with
literally every school project group: There is the guy that made everything, and the other that holds the paper in front of the whole classroom and i guess... that guy is Alan. lol
Its converse, Alan made everything, but in this interview it was presented by mood melodies. And thats not a song that is made in bedroom, only the melodies, the sounds will done by the main producer. The lyrics, the vocals, the mixing mastering, arrangement and other stuff will be done by his assistants
@@rayyan_khot I don't think you've any idea what you're talking about. As Daniel Escamilla said "it is painfully obvious Alan Walker has NO idea what is going on in this track" which is 100% true because all the work is done by his co-producer
@@clickbaitpro Ok, so it's sure by now that you don't know how stuff works in the music industry. You see "music making" is not just one thing, it includes composition, production, recording, mixing, mastering, etc. Most of the producers have "co-producers" who do the mixing and mastering stuff and also sometimes help them with composition(sometimes), am talking about most producers, not JUST alan. And alan also mentions the co producers in his ig stories. In fact he also did that in THIS video, rather than just taking all the credit. Nothing like I am taking his side, i am saying whats the truth, he started production almost 10 years ago, dont you think he can produce a single track huh?? There are producers who started in like 2019 and they can produce a track, like come onn Its always better to do a RESEARCH before blaming ppl. :)
@@rayyan_khot It seems like you’re giving him excuses. There are many artists that are fully independent that make all their music through themselves (like Brakence). This just gives me less trust and respect for people in the industry like Alan and more to producers that know what they’re talking about.
@@1az3r91 The biggest producers like Martin Garrix also has a team behind his songs. It´s very hard to be indepedent in this industry especially when u have to play live and dj.
*Tweaking Nexus presets* - ITS A SAMPLE LIBRARY!!! what do you tweak? attack and decays? Well it's not the effects since your "Co Producer" added third party effects on them, so he obviously muted them anyway!
he did make it alone (get it?) and on a different software (fl studio) ive seen other footage, 2, everyone has co producers, and mood melodies wasn't it
Alan's fans are like "yeah but he cant speak english": Lets be honest, do you really think a guy like him, an internationally famous music producer for like 4 years, collaborating with other musicians, doing dj live performance all around the world, and the simple fact that "he is" a music producer ( most of programs/plugins and music videos are in english) and you tell me his english is not good enough to explain a simple sylenth patch?? hello wake up, he just doesnt know how a synthesizer work
If he uses words like ‘established’ (which he does in the beginning), I’d say he speaks English pretty well. Accent or not, he speaks English. It’s just an exuse that some people like to make. It’s the ‘producers language’ that he doesn’t speak well that’s the real issue here.
I honestly think Alan is really introverted and just is having a hard time explaining what's going on. I don't believe the track was ghost produced. I just think that he struggles to speak & explain. + keep in mind his native language isn't English.
@@chrisbirdsall0560 then why he brought this guy and didn't use FL STUDIO here And it's OK if that guy made the track But he's not mentioned anywhere And if that guy isn't mentioned anywhere but has created the track it's ghost production

I know! Lots of DJs and other music artists don't give credit to the other people who helped make the song. Ghost produced or not, Alan is better than many other artists.
@@arlond4764 how? He didn't featured him and doesn't feature Mood in any of his songs... And he literally made The Spectre, Sing me to sleepFaded and more
@@jujasname Think about other artists. Some of them might co-produce like Alan Walker, let alone ghost produce, with other people and they don't acknowledge them at all. In some of Alan's videos on his TH-cam channel, he showed that he co-produced with Mood. Nowadays, not one singer-songwriter write their songs alone, even if credit was provided to just the artist.
Regardless of whether he had a team helping him make those songs, I still respect the fact that he created iconic NCS tracks, which were a huge part of the community back then. It wasn’t just about finding non-copyrighted music for a Minecraft intro, you know? You still need knowledge in music production to polish those tracks, and that deserves respect.

Exactly. Btw even Deadmau5 had some help from Steve Duda (the guy behind Serum plugin) since he is genius sound designer and his good friend.

And my last point (and in my opinion the most important because people are obviously too retarded to see that):
Alan is 20 years old.
But DONT FUCKING HATE IT AND USE YOUR BRAIN before you write a comment with like "GHOSTPRODUCER" or "HE DOESNT EVEN KNOW WHAT A SAW WAVE IS"
And the comment from TEX "Alan Walker was one my heroes but after watching this vid im fucked" is sad to see...dude you should really think about what you wrote there.
@@Tekmatic he's literally addressed the evidence people used to come up with that assumption
your last point is so dumb, avicii and martin garrix, both were super young when they got their famous hits, and they both were able to explain everything from scratch, and they did that alone. Its clear as sky that marshmello and alan have little to no talent, they are a brand.
Dont get me wrong, the songs are great I absolutely love them but quit pretending like alan actually did some shit to begin with
I know loads of people are complaining about the ghost production, but I still really enjoyed looking at how the song was broken down.
literally every school project group:
There is the guy that made everything, and the other that holds the paper in front of the whole classroom and i guess... that guy is Alan. lol
Its converse, Alan made everything, but in this interview it was presented by mood melodies. And thats not a song that is made in bedroom, only the melodies, the sounds will done by the main producer. The lyrics, the vocals, the mixing mastering, arrangement and other stuff will be done by his assistants
Alan sounds so fucking nervous for some reason
Sture Sturesson I would be I was there with no clue what I was on about :D

@@clickbaitpro Ok, so it's sure by now that you don't know how stuff works in the music industry. And alan also mentions the co producers in his ig stories. In fact he also did that in THIS video, rather than just taking all the credit.
