Dear Wicck, you probably have not saved the WiFi connection on your device or you leave it with "Ignore Networ" or "Forget Network" then the token are deleted from your client. Also if the Wifi is set as guest Wifi the settings must be done on every re-connect.
Dear Aaron, this is mainly because your device run on a customized firmware from a service provider. The menue of a generic product has often more points in the menue.
I have this wonderful Router- greta product, but I can´t find an App for my iPhone that let´s me monitor connections, traffic firmware update etc. I have tried the Zyxel One Connect App but this router is not supported. Is there another App that does the job ?
Hi Cheetah Play, this app is called MProMesh and may be only for Android phones. It is used to configure the mesh between the device and other WLAN ProMesh products.
My VMG8825-T50 LAN PORTS are pre-configured as 2 x LAN (ports 1&2), and 2 x TV over TCP (ports 3&4). I only use 1 TV port. Can I use one of the TV Ports as a 3rd LAN Port? Or, is it possible to configure the ports into 3 x LAN and 1 x TV over TCP? Help is highly appreciated! Fondly, Michael
Hi Michael, this configuration is from your SP-Provider set to the device and may be separated with VLAN tag, so the port does only get the TV stream and no network. But you can use simple switches to cascade the correct ports on the device or WLAN Mesh system like Multy M1

This means you need to accept the settings and configuration as long as you use the device with your current broadband contract. Later you can flash a generic firmware by console or let our service do this for you, but the product may not be latest technology at that time and we suggest you to choose the IAD based on your internet broadband connection. All software for generic devices are on our download segment download.zyxel.com

At first when I got the router my it was running perfectly on games but now that I have it for about 3-4 months it’s acting up and I get packet loss and lag on games do you know anyway I can optimise it or make it run normally? and i use lan cable
Dear @ps5ps530 please check the speed of the connection WAN, the LAN and WLAN to see where the latency issue comes from. It may occur that your internet line is too slow for the game or the line is busy with other applications. You can also check to switch the device to bridge mode and only connect your gamer PC to see if the routing function of the device creates the latency. If this is the case you might need to use the device as end-point to xDSL only and add a faster router such as the Armor 5G to service your applications.
