Hindi po un bagong rules,, marami lng talaga not aware of it may mga previous game na nakakalusot even other coaching tean din siguro not aware or maybe aware pero nakaligtaan na. Unluckily for PLDT, a ref assigned that time is aware if that rules.

If you are aware of the rules hahayaan mu nlng talaga kasi calling a challenge in the middle of the game will put your team at risk specially on that crucial point.
