Just picked mine up last week and so far LOVE it. Only have gone 40miles still breaking it in. Also thanks for the look with the Brocks. I still have not made a decision on what exhaust I’m going with.

I got M4 full exhaust and love the sound dyno tuned 211hp/124lbs/tq loving it
If this is the last year of the 14 they are going out on a fantastic color scheme..I've liked some of the others but this one is my favorite by far..
I really like it as well. In my opinion it just looks mean. Not too flashy just mean lol!

Yoshimura on my 21 - LSL bar conversion, new seat, lowered pegs, new windscreen, ecu flash, sliders - great bike, it rips for sure.

I had the r77 slip ons on my 18. Just picked up the 21 and waiting on alien head 2. I got the Sargent seat from revzilla. What seat did you get? I’m curious to see how the Moore Mafia flash performs with the brocks too. It’s hard to ride another bike after being on a 1400
@@alfrededu-quansah4224 I work in an upholstery shop so we make motorcycle seats everyday. I took the factory seat pan and made the one I have and added a gel pad. Sergeant makes nice seats but I like doing my own. I agree the 14 is so sweet it ruins riding all my others.

How did you adjust your suspension?
Your ZX14R is very cool looking I had a 06 ZX14 for 11 years, 2 years ago I got 2013 ZX14R with low miles set up similar to yours other than sprockets I love how fast it is

I was in a Kawasaki dealership today and saw a ZX14R in the same color scheme as yours. Mine is a 2013 in white and I admit the 2021 paint is a nicer looking bike. I'm in PA too, east of Pittsburgh.

Almost bought the 14r new. Figured it was a waste of money since nothing was changed other than color. Came across a nice 2012 model with full two bros exhaust system, ecu most definitely not flashed but that’ll change this month.
My favorite color scheme for it was the 2012 metallic spark black, 2013 red, 2014 matte black with red, 2018 green. Love Kawasaki but not a fan of green but the way they painted that 2018 model was nice!

I believe Kawasaki will not kill it off just yet. There will be an upgraded model. Hope so anyway
I had the 2012 SE color scheme. At first wasn’t sure how I felt about it, but when I sold it I missed it bad. I like most of the colors they’ve released. I do love this color scheme though, and for what the used ones in my area were selling for I figured I might as well get new and know what I have. I do love these bikes though. But I totally agree, all the second generation bikes are pretty much the same.
It's only a waste to buy new, if you're ok not knowing if someone has beat the bike to death or not, before you bought it.
I have a 08 zx14, 16 zx14R, se and I’m actually going to pick up my 2021 zx14R in the next couple days. I love the platform. I own a 06 650r , and a 08 zx10R . The 650 is fun but it needs a new home . I’m not getting rid of my zx10r or any of my zx14’s

Great color cheme on these 2021 😎👍🏻 I have a ZX14R/ZZR1400 (Euro) 2017 and a HD V-Rod Muscle 2017. Just love the ZZR1400. I guess you changed the sprockets for a bit more acceleration?
Yup the sprocket change gives ya a bit more punch...not like it need it lol. But I like playing with things. Sounds like you have two killer bikes!

I have a ECU Flash/Map, no cat, double shortened Yoshimura R77 Carbon mufflers, Sprint P08F1-85 Air Filter and just bought me a Dragy so I'm just waiting for weather to be a bit warmer over here in Sweden so I can test it. Looks like you put that exhaust header on yourself? I have an Akra header that I need to do but I can't seem to get the radiator to swing out far enough to work in there....trying to avoid taking the radiator off completely. Good looking bike.
If you get in there and disconnect a few things it’s not too bad to get to. Just take your time. I pulled my fans and moved a few things around but it wasn’t bad. Pulling the fairings was the worst!
Picked mine up last Friday. My second one actually. “First one resting in pieces”. Ordered the brocks but on back order for 6 to 8 weeks!!! 😢. Did you by any chance had to wait for your pipes too? Hopefully the Moore mafia flash won’t be too crappy on the stock pipes while I wait.

I went with yoshamura. They are really grippy and seem to feel and work really good. The factory ones suck

I’ve risen busas a few time and I find the Zx14r far more comfortable. But to be fair I haven’t ridden the new one. So I’d say go try em both! 😁 A lot depends on your build. I’m 6’3.
About how much will that exact seat cost from Freeds Upholstery????
$170 if you take the seat to them. Otherwise you would have to ad shipping.
Ninja ZX14R is my dream bike... right now I have a Ninja 400. I have 5'5 170 lbs (I'm trying to lose some weight though) would this be a good second bike or should I look into upgrading to a ZX-6R instead. What is your opinion.
Honestly a Zx6r would be a better upgrade. This thing is huge! Good luck and ride safe!

Think I’m gonna get one. If it’s the last year they make it and I miss my 2010 zx14 anyway. It’s also cheaper than all other bikes right now. Hayabusa is priced too high.

It’s the racing height. Looks great and not too tall. Diverts wind a little better than stock
Sprockets mod what is beneficial?
It gave it more snap on the bottom end. But lord knows this bike doesn’t really need that!
How much material did you remove on the seat?
On this seat I only removed the 1/2 “ required for the gel pad insert
What would the cost be to have this done in today's market?
What cell phone mount are you using on it?

@@Jeff-Vader_head_of_catering I’m sorry I missed the comment and didn’t reply earlier. I really like the quad lock mount. It does force u to buy a cell phone cover for ur phone but it holds it very secure and is infinitely adjustable.
What is the stock sprocket size on this bike sir?
Stock is 17/42 the set I installed is 16/43
@@sfnomad2337 I did the same on my yamaha fz6 and could just about forget wide open throttle in first gear. I could only imagine how psychotic you must be to do that one a zx14r!

Great review did you void the warranty with the aftermarket parts?
The answer to that question is totally based on your specific dealer. I spoke with mine and they had no problem with it, but they also sell a lot of sport bikes.

@@romez6610 yeah my dealer told me they were good with all the mods except the ecu reflash. They told me that with the ecu reflash if it were to fail I wold need to buy a new ecu. But I think that’s a pretty reasonable stance.

I honestly can’t tell ya until I get the chance to put it on a Dyno. I see lots of guesses out there but that all they are is just guesses.

I like tinkering. So it makes me happy. And some of the changes are noticeable in the range of acceleration. Ultimately it needs nothing. But I enjoy the work. .

Depends on the dealer and the area. MSRP is around $15k I believe. I paid significantly less by buying it in December 😁

@@tarzanjammyy i think it was less about the way of payment and more about the time of year. The bike literally came in a few days before I bought it. So they were happy to not have to store it all winter.
