    So basically : Director writes the recipe Producer buys the ingredients and then they bake a cake, the movie

    A wise way - you need to work on your sound - and not having all the fiddling noise and white noise that's happening - especially if this is about film and personally the questions should either be listed or heard - etc.

      He is saying the director directs how things should look, be. They come up with the idea, the producer uses their network to fill in all the roles needed for the idea to get created.

      @@iverbronxno not all the time. It depends sometimes it’s the producer and they’ll just hire the director writer and other people to do it. Other times it’s the director who is also a writer that writes the scripts and a producer or production company produces it and gives the director everything they need.
