Other than that, taking a doubt first approach, I can also consider the possibility of mystical connections, as I have no definitive proof that such things are strictly impossible. Given many possibilities to explain a scenario, If I were to choose a mystical possibility, then I might be inclined to the same for every scenario as one can maybe always choose a mystical explanation. That wouldn't be very useful, it would stop truth seeking. So I prefer consider explanations that don't involve mysticism first. Another reason to put mysticism at the end of my possibilities list is that there isn't any scientific evidence for it which means it could just be in my head. For the lady that you mentioned, the sound of voices are not very precise in my head and people have similar voices so it's not that unlikely that I would hear someone that has a similar voice to a voice I heard in my head. I don't know if the voice for you was quite unique but, without being able to infer the exact voice you heard in you head and the lady you heard, it's hard to confirm what you experienced as being the exact same voice.
Not quite, he "lost" half in taking the cash amount rather than the published Jackpot sum which was to be paid in an annual annuity, then there was ~50% tax taken on the amount paid to him.
I read some years ago about a guy winning over 300 million US dollars in the lottery and receiving only 90 million in his bank account, the rest went to taxes and other necessary fees. This is in the USA. Here in Finland, the biggest sum that you can win is 120 million Euros, in the Euro Jackpot lottery and you will get that precise 120 million Euros in your bank account.
It also buys you better healthcare and the invaluable peace of mind! Maybe education as you can say adios to crushing loans and further your academics!
I was impressed by his self-control and self-awareness at such a young age. Had I been the winner of that lottery in 1999 at age 28, I would have very likely gone broke.
I would allocate the money towards a dividend portfolio, the SP500, Bitcoin and Bitcoin related assets, a trading account, a house, car, traveling, and leave the rest towards savings and an emergency fund.
I honestly think that if I won the lottery not much would change. I have a nice house I live in a safe clean area I am surrounded by people I like I have all of the access to the wonders of modernity and I like what I do for a living. Why on earth would I change a thing except maybe buying a nicer house and helping my family and friends out?
The first thing I would do if I won the lottery would be to get a maid service because I hate having to clean. Money does buy happiness in certain areas.

There has been a couple of people he interviewed that genuinely sounded like they had a gambling addiction but then they won like $30,000,000. Paid off lol.
I can’t imagine that amount!…. My godmother won only one million and people started driving by her house, blowing up her phone guilt tripping her (the lottery is public in her state so you can’t be anonymous to claim it) and her life and relationships are forever changed.
Hmm, I recently had a dream where I won the lottery twice. I bought two tickets for two different lotteries, and won both. On one, the jackpot was supposed to be $10 million, and the other $5 million. But when I went to collect, they gave me $50 million for the first one, and $25 million for the second one. But for some reason, the total amount I got was like $76 million + change. I noticed that the numbers were weird, but decided not to say anything to the lottery people lol. @@glizzyap4912 You literally don’t. Even when using an LLC or a trust you have to reveal your name and address. It’s for transparency reasons. That’s what happened to Shane Missler of Florida, he used a trust but he still had to reveal his name. That also happened to the Florida couple Maureen Smith and David Kaltschmidt who won 1/3 of the 1.5 billion in 2016, they used a trust but they had to reveal their names. Or the winners in Tennessee known as the Tennessee twenty who used a trust but had to reveal their identity. An LLC or a trust does not ensure anonymity unless it’s a state that allows anonymity. There is only one case in which a lottery winner has used an LLC to claim lottery winnings and that was in California and that’s because she sued the lottery commission. Unless you can prove without a reasonable doubt that revealing your identity would put your life in immediate danger, there’s no chance that you can claim anonymity when claiming a lottery prize in a state that doesn’t allow anonymity. Also pushing litigation against the lottery commission does not guarantee anonymity since most states have a grace period in which you can claim your prize. If your lawsuit goes beyond that grace period, you don’t get the money and now you’re stuck with the legal fees of the lawsuit. Most states have a grace period of about half a year, if the lottery commission decides to prolong the proceedings due to clerical or technical issues then you have no recourse. An LLC is not a solve all solution, since the lottery commission is a government mandated entity, it will not bend to civil actions like anonymity for the sake of comfort. Don’t listen to everything you read.
@@henrylivingstone2971 everything you said is false. The people you refer to signed both the LLC and their name on the ticket meaning they had to list both entities. Here in Long Island NY a group of people that worked together used a LLC as a loophole. None of their names or any information relating to them was released. You know how? Anonymous Trust. Another way is an anonymous LLC but that’s limited to certain states. There are loopholes believe it or not. When’s the last time you’ve seen a lottery press hearing held?

I don't know if the voice for you was quite unique but, without being able to infer the exact voice you heard in you head and the lady you heard, it's hard to confirm what you experienced as being the exact same voice.
taxing him $12,000,000 is INSANE 😭
Not quite, he "lost" half in taking the cash amount rather than the published Jackpot sum which was to be paid in an annual annuity, then there was ~50% tax taken on the amount paid to him.
Especially since the cost of the ticket isn't deductible. Double standard
Lmao the Cheesecake Factory, spoken like a true broke person😂🙋🏼♀️ We aren’t even thinking big. We just want a solid meal hahaha.

Money doesn't buy happiness. It buys you time. To do the things that make you happy.
@__jubilee DM where?
He lost half of his money. He’s down to 4 million dollars.
@@henrylivingstone2971 That's still $4 million more than I have.
I would allocate the money towards a dividend portfolio, the SP500, Bitcoin and Bitcoin related assets, a trading account, a house, car, traveling, and leave the rest towards savings and an emergency fund.
@@henrylivingstone2971 lost? you mean used.
28 is on the cusb of 30...you can't possibly be so immature at that age
I honestly think that if I won the lottery not much would change. I have a nice house I live in a safe clean area I am surrounded by people I like I have all of the access to the wonders of modernity and I like what I do for a living. Why on earth would I change a thing except maybe buying a nicer house and helping my family and friends out?
If I won 28 million, no one would know. I wouldn’t tell a freakin soul
Not even ur close family
@@intence1233 nope. I wouldn’t trust them to keep it on the low.

In some states you don’t have the option to stay anonymous only 14 states allow you to stay anonymous
Same with me. My family dislikes me and I don't have any friends. Nobody has access to me now 🤷🏿♀️
The first thing I would do if I won the lottery would be to get a maid service because I hate having to clean. Money does buy happiness in certain areas.
I quite enjoy it luckily 😊
His TH-cam channel is great! He interviews people who got sudden wealth thru the lottery and other methods.
I once went on a date with a woman had won the lottery for a large sum of money. The date was about an hour long and I spoke for about five minutes. She talked the entire time. I have a feeling that she just burned through her money, but I’ll never know
I love Timothy's channel ! Thank you for doing this interview 😀
I love seeing so many comments that are happy for this guys prosperity, that's really cool :)
I like this guy! I’m glad someone like him won the lottery ☺️
He’s like the humble lottery winner ever
I love the guy @ 1:50 😊😂he’s funny & exciting also seems fun. He’s energy is everything!!!!
I’m wishing him a huge lottery win and abundance and he comes on Timothy’s, show to share his story, his interview would be electric! 😊💫💚
In case anyone is curious, winning $28 million in 1999 would be the equivalent of winning $46.6 million in 2022. domico lamar goggins
I would love it if you guys talk about a topic of those with siblings and birth order, and who has it the hardest (oldest, middle, or the youngest) and even being an only child. That would be interesting to talk about.
EDIT: it would also include step siblings/ half siblings and even twins/multiples
It's crazy how such a small choice can alter someone's life so intensely positively and negatively lol its crazy it makes me want to play the lottery myself but i mean I'm more likely to be struck by lightning than win the lottery
Timothy likes to say this, and others on his channel have said this too that winning a huge amount of money tends to magnify your personality. Which would you prefer to happen, winning the lottery or getting stuck by that lightning? I'll take the lottery.
I once had a vivid dream that I witnessed a car crash, got up, drove to the dentist, and the car in front of me was hit by another car. Thankfully no one was hurt although it seemed like the one driver was having some kind of issue that caused the crash. But wow it really rattled me! I wonder if we'll ever find out why people sometimes have dreams that predict the future.
The world is weird
canada has wayyyy lower/if any taxes related to prize money you win, so it's always crazy to me to see how little people who win the lottery or game shows actually take home
Germany has no tax on lottery wins
Same in France@@piiinkDeluxe
1:55 this guy is making me cringe so hard. He makes himself sound like he’s trying to suck up to the guy, hoping to grab a few grand after they’ve finished 😂.
This guy is very down to 🌎 and practical 👏 💯❗️Nice to see that he didn't loose his mind or became a jerk after his wealth..what a blessing hope to experience that financial freedom not have to worry about bills every month & the Freedom to pursue goals without financial strain🙏💯❗️
2:43 i had a vivid dream of being in a new apartment and arguing with someone, it then happened for real, it was a new apartment with my dad. and i was like HOLY!!! SH!!! THIS WAS MY DREAM,DEJAVU. he aint lying. if you do have realistic dreams. be prepared. he aint lying
If I won 28 million - taxed, yes, also about 47 million gross in today's money - I'd use some 25% of it to buy me and my close circle of friends/family homes and such, then sit on the rest until I find something future-proof to invest in (humanitarian or not). It feels like the most responsible thing to do to me.
For me it’s to only share with my immediate family and give to the church
Such amount would be really unbeneficial personally. I'm so bad with money.
@@frieza2235church is rich enough I always hate it why having all those insane buildings if it is about believing?? If I believe in something I will pray in a completely destroyed building in the dirt no need for the fancy stuff...
A lottery winner bought his friends houses, and they all sold up and moved away, and he lost contact with most of them.
I couldn’t imagine acquiring that amount at such a young age and I’m 24 I feel like this has to have drastically changed the outcome of his life
I remember when I came into a windfall. It wasn't anywhere near a million, but it was significant in that it changed my life. It was the happiest moment of my life.
Yes , having the vivid dream of winning the lottery was meant to prepare you for actually winning the lottery , it was meant to be . You are just part of life's puzzle and still no more or no less important in this butterfly affected universe .
If I won that much money, I'd buy eight pairs of sweatpants.
5:42 You know shes trying to butter him up so he could be her sugar daddy! She did want a Honda Civic by the end after all!😆
Australian lotteries are much less of a rip off than American. You are always anonymous and you receive the whole advertised amount, completely tax free. The only time you are taxed on the amount is if you make any further profits off that money.
yeah, but they are way fewer and way less then some of the big American lotteiries
My dad has lowkey had a gambling problem with buying lottery tickets and I’ve internally vowed to not buy them but this dude makes me want to go out and get one😭😭🤣🤣
There has been a couple of people he interviewed that genuinely sounded like they had a gambling addiction but then they won like $30,000,000. Paid off lol.
Nothing like a humble lottery winner.
I need that dream too =D

the more money the guy owns the more attractive he is lol 🤣
I can’t imagine that amount!…. My godmother won only one million and people started driving by her house, blowing up her phone guilt tripping her (the lottery is public in her state so you can’t be anonymous to claim it) and her life and relationships are forever changed.
Did she at least spoil you a bit?
Hmm, I recently had a dream where I won the lottery twice. I bought two tickets for two different lotteries, and won both. On one, the jackpot was supposed to be $10 million, and the other $5 million. But when I went to collect, they gave me $50 million for the first one, and $25 million for the second one. But for some reason, the total amount I got was like $76 million + change. I noticed that the numbers were weird, but decided not to say anything to the lottery people lol. Weird dream, I wonder if I should go buy some tickets lol.
You should lol

“I’d go to the Cheesecake Factory” 💀💀
Wow the shoes from Vessi look so amazing!
& awesome video, cool video Jubilee thank you for interviewing him, this was nice & informative.
Timothy we loven you and your experience! I follow you too and your TH-cam channel is fantastic!!👏👏👏
It’s nice he’s still alive. So many go missing after winning the lottery.
So if u win the lottery just move away
They’re probably just hiding
I’m glad he’s not a junkie that wasted the money on drugs, fast cars, women and partying. He actually did well and lived with purpose. Refreshing to see
He's pretty jacked. I want to know what the luxury of never even thinking about medical debt must be like.
I've already seen him before. He was on the Documentary "Millionaire Life- Not As Easy As It Sounds". He said a lot of the same things he mentioned here.
He’s well spoken!
It's wise to not come out to the public if you win the lottery. Now people will have monetary expectations from you they otherwise wouldn't have and it never ends well. Stay silent, invest, and spend wisely. Your life will be better as a result.
You don’t always have that option of anonymity
@@henrylivingstone2971 you literally do. LLC and or a trust
@@glizzyap4912
You literally don’t.
I love hearing his story
What I’d do:
Pay debt, create an annual vacation fund, invest, invest some more, invest even more, buy a house, maybe consider a Tesla
The guy who said he would go to cheesecake factory. He knows wassup. Cheesecake Factory hits.
$15.9 million (his after tax winnings) in 1999 would be $29.0 million in 2023

6:26 What non-disclosure agreement would stop you from disclosing how much you have

Hahah okay literally my thoughts exactly! He signed an NDA with himself
There was a dispute with the ticket ownership and he settled out of court. Hence the NDA.

“What’s your address? 🤔”
How did I know that the woman who asked how sexy his credit score is, would want something from him? She's the type of person you need to avoid.
