I just discovered you today and I'm obsessed. I'm baking loaves for friends and family this holiday and this is such a fun way to change up a basic sourdough recipe. After researching blueberry powder, it adds nutritional value which we love! Thank you for sharing!
Thank you for making it short and sweet. Literally. Your loaf looks amazing.I'm going to try it at.I love the idea about using freeze dried blueberry.❤
Your video was so easy to follow. My loaves are proofing in their baskets now! I used blueberry powder but I’d love to get my hands on some purple sweet potato powder.
Thank you! I actually mix in blueberry powder sometimes for that extra blueberry kick. I get my sweet potato flour on amazon the one i use is linked in my bio. I hope the loaves turned out great ☺
The lemon, blueberries and filling add the sweetness but the bread itself is normally always pretty neutral because it’s sourdough. I do find this one a bit sweeter than my chocolate recipe ☺️
I normally use grams for my dough recipes because it’s more important to have an exact measurement (for flour and starter) but for other things I use cups. Sometimes it’s all in grams but honestly I just put what I use. 😅
That is just too interesting to not try! Do the added ingredients, like cream cheese and potato flour, sugar, and blueberries, etc., dial back on the sour profile from the sourdough? I only ask as I love sourdough but my wife avoids it like the plague.
😂 so it definitely masks the sour flavor a bit. I think the lemon does the best at hiding that. But also if you skip the overnight proof you can just stick it in the fridge a couple hours and that’ll lessen the sour flavor! Just make sure to bulk ferment a little longer so you know it’s proofed enough.
@@SpellboundSourdough Thank you for the quick reply. I'll try it with the overnight proof in the fridge. I've become a great fan of converting many recipes to cold proofing. Adds timing flexibility and added flavor with minimal increase in sour notes.
You could have kept that to yourself. Your mama never told you that did she?. She should have because now you go out in public and say stupid stuff And make yourself look stupid.

What do you eat this with ? Or you just eat by itself ?
I eat it by itself but I also LOVE making French toast with it! 💙
Does the loaf come out sweet? I’m new to sourdough and tried a chocolate loaf but didn’t come out as sweet as I’d like. This looks very yummy

I would help if you put the conversation of measurement instead of grams for one and cups for the other.

Should this bread be refrigeratored?
Yes! ☺️
It's truly delicious makes great french toast. My 4 year old Granddaughter runs around saying I love Grammys bread. I used part fresh milled flour
@@pattylamb6055 I love that!!
Please tell me where u get purple potato flour. The only thing I can find d is that the powder is the same thing
It is purple sweet potato powder! I always put flour on accident.
Can I use fresh blueberries?
You can! They’ll just add some liquid to the dough so use a little less and toss them in flour.
Good lord fighting for your life wow
Good lord.
