Also Rasgulla is originated and invented in Odisha for Prabhu Jagannath. Odisha has already got its GI tag. It's proved. Another thing is Bengal Rasgulla is actually very different from Odisha Rasgulaa in taste/ flavour, size, colour.

Iman lets clear ur confusion about butter milk once and all😂 Take curd add water to it about half to the quantity of curd(approx). Churn it with any churner( electric churner are very common in households) earlier there used to be hand churners. After about 15 minutes you will see butter on top of this mixture. Remove butter and liquid left behind is butter milk.
Mutton Ghugni is one of the most delicious food l have come across. But l found Mutton Ghugni at Kolkata, better than Orissa. Specially after Durga Puja, the Bengali families offer you Mutton Ghugni and sweets and it tasts delicious.
Actually these are not fusion. These made before gulab jamun. People are not know these kind of food, they Never eaten these food, so they say anything, that comes to there mind. I don't know why, but people always ignore odisha cuisine.

Rasagola is the part of Shree Jagannath culture...it's used in Odisha Rath yatra before 1000's years ago also it's a part of Shree Jagannath's 56 Bhog.And Bengali claimed that they invented Rasogulla(THEIR LANGUAGE) it's mean they invented it before Shree Jagannath's culture.(LOL).😂 Also there is a story how they know about Rasagola and try to make a sweet like.But it's ok...next time.🎉
generally its Mattha / Chahch / namkeen lassi with masala, kala namak, mint etc..etc...etc......dahi mei paani milao, use patla karo aur ghot dalo / churner se math dalo......kuch der ruk jao, upar se butter chan lo aur masala dalo bas.............ab pooncha to paise lagenge.
