I over filled my 1990 bronco 2 by a quart! I don't want to drain the pan yet. I wonder if you can get the pump and tubing at Harbor Freight ? Thanks for the video I'll do it!
There’s many different types. But here is a commonly used one amzn.to/3VgjTCM The one i used in the video is discontinued. Thanks for watching and commenting. Please like share and subscribe

Yeah, that would be cumbersome. Hopefully it had a drain plug on the pan for you to let some out. Thanks for watching and commenting. Please check out my website handymanpf.com for a variety of other videos and articles

Dude your video is not very good. For one you show two hoses, one in the dipstick ,the other god knows were. But you show both dilling with transmission fuild. Were and what is the second tube doing? Then you dont tell us the make, style or type of pump your useing when there's about 1000 different kinds. Stick to home movies please, your wasting 2 minutes and 33 seconds of peoples time ,like we want to watch fuild go around a tube. We already know they work and how. We want to know which one to get. Were not watching your video to be entertained.
Just the information that I needed. Thank you!
Great! I am glad you found it useful. Please like , share, and subscribe.
Very helpful. The only thing I would add to your video would be what to do with the transmission fluid that you removed.
Dump it in a container, then take it to your local part store for recycling
U don't know what to do with it really?
Really!?
Thanks for showing this as I think I may have put to much in that's a double like from me 👍👍.
Thank you for making this video I learn something. 😃👍

Where can I get that tool???
So all tubes are the same size and all dipstick tubes the same size?
Good information 👍
I’m glad you found it useful. Thanks for watching and commenting. I greatly appreciate it
Thank you
Where can you find that extractor?
Thanks I appreciate that. I have a car with too much transmission fluid.
Glad to help
Very helpful thanks
Thank you!
Alhamdulillah riteown brother✊️I had a similar idea but was unsure if it would work. Imma order a kit rite away. Thx bro👍👍Ali☪️
You can just use a household spray bottle and tape tubing to the end of the straw that goes down in the bottle... IT'S FREE!!
What's the maximum amount of Transmission fluid that can be sucked through the dipstick. Thanks
it is whatever amount is in the transmission oil pan
@@gyoptic Thanks man !
Hey HM, where can I get this pump? Thanks
How do you drain transmission fluid from a overfilled transmission in a 1999 Chevy Silverado 4x4 truck
What of Peugeot without dipstick pot. As in no where to insert the tube
Where can I buy this?

Would a drill powered transfer pump do the same job?
Like this one amzn.to/45FAuGz ?
Absolutely. Thanks for watching and commenting. Please like share and subscribe
@@handymanPF you read my mind! Yes that's the exact one I was going to get! figured it would make the job of draining the tranny fluid and sinch!
Did you do it while the engine is running?
Nope
I do the same but use my compressor nozzle as a Bernoulli siphon.
How do it find that tool to get my transmission put

Awesome totally awesome
Where did you buy the pump system?
They discontinued the pump I used in this video but you can use this one amzn.to/3HjMyTg
@@handymanPF The tube on the replacement seems shorter.
Just what I need
What if i dont have a trans dip stick ? then what?
Do you have a Chevy Cruze? I’m just curious
@@handymanPF no lol I have a Suzuki forenza, but I was trying to use other videos for reference
You are a gigalegend
Works great unless it’s a ford with a tiny opening only large enough for a wire dipstick.
Yeah, that would be cumbersome. Hopefully it had a drain plug on the pan for you to let some out. Thanks for watching and commenting. Please check out my website handymanpf.com for a variety of other videos and articles
Why not just drain some from oil pan? Thanks!
most transmissions don't have a drain plug. you have to drop the pan to do a fluid change
This doesn't work. Least on 94 f150. The tube bottoms out and never touches the fluid.
Where do you buy the suction kit?
I cannot find the exact one in this video but here is a better one amzn.to/3u3EtdZ
And with no transmission dipstick?
Would’ve been better if you actually said where you purchased such item lol

Thank you just what I was thinking
If you can't figure out where to buy tubing on your own you probably shouldn't be behind the wheel of a car
@@WKRP187 yeah but I’m lazy 🤷♂️🤣
