You had me at the papaya shrimp salad-a must have.Those chubby crab balls are so unusual-a seafood delight,yes?Many families of ducks live close to me in Florida,so I can’t do the duck yet appreciate the delicacy.Now those desserts are my passion.Flan of any kind is divine to me….and was that purple yam in the other?I have fond memories of purple yam dessert at Filipino nurse parties they were kind enough to invite me to.Thank you so much Ching-the Rampart is a really tempting casino and restaurant to venture to as a visitor and hopefully a local.You have an requisite way of explaining all.
Yes! Loved the chubby crab balls and Papaya salad!😍I actually only have Duck once in awhile. The dessert other than Leche Flan was Ube Cheesecake which is why it was purple. Thank you for your lovely compliment and for watching!

An interesting array of dishes that makes this like a fusion restaurant. Hard to tell, but the crab claw looked like it was surrounded by a fish cake coating, so not all crab? Kind of deceiving, but I would think they would have to surround the crab with something because no crab claw would be that big. I usually don't see a wrap for duck unless it's Peking duck, but as DtM say, "Who knows these things." The prawn dish looked really good. Sounded like the prawns were really fresh.
I'm not positive about the crab claw, but it did appear to be stuffed with additional crab to get it that big! Upon further inspection, they had two other Duck options that included lettuce Wraps and what they called "folded buns."😊
