Trivia: Toxitron despite being a redeco of G2 Laser Optimus Prime, was designed to be a G1 Decepticon, so him being a G2 character is new for the Legacy Evolution line.
My nephew sent me pictures of Toxitron he recently. We both agreed that he's very...."Toxic".
For me this is the best laser prime version so far. Scourge was nice but was more nemesis prime colours than scourge and prime is nice but there is alot of grey in the robot and trailer is a little bland, Toxictron colours keep the figure vibrant in both modes and it works.
If my Walmart does eventually stock him it’s a grab for me
I very luck I went to Walmart today and seen the last box for Toxitron and brought it right away for around $55, people on ebay sell him for way to much then $55.

Since I never got laser, Optimus prime, and never bothered to take Velocitron Scourge out of the box; disfigure will be my introduction to this iteration of the mold, and I’m looking forward to it

Just ordered this guy the other day. I love the RID Scourge mold and figured why not get another. The colors are great.
I always forget to flip out the canisters on both this figure and Earthrise Prime everytime I transform them

i skipped on laser optimus wave 1, although i was feeling attracted to it, what cut me was the trailer....not having those road connections of modulators and such on WFC, which for me still today is a lot of fun.
Toxitron got me harder then i actually wanted. And i am not into g2 stuff nor i have ever seen anything of it (and good god, good thing i did not, or my epilepsy would kill me.):
But being a stupid exclusive in united crap states of wallmart "yeah. not ever gonna get that"
and suddenly one of my friend's suppliers of his toy store had him.......
I took one month to decided if yes or no...
and after 2 months or 3, i got it today. And i do no regret. At this time and age of hasbro offering no play value, i rather go for something to gives play value then none:
With my imagination, with the new autobot insignia in this guy, gives me even more ideas for my own stories.
I speak for myself, but Laser Toxitron Optimus is more worth it. (the Rid 2001 scourge, is all wrong with those colors. If he was right, i might have gone for him and not toxitron.) The box was actually a great surprise for me.
