You ask where triforce is and i raise you a theory, botw and totk are an alternative universe from the “traditional” zelda games. This explains why zonai decend from the heavens instead of hylians. The triforce which is the omnipotent power of the gods, is just a symbol now. The master sword is inferior to other master sword because it has a limited use. This is the reason zora and rito exist at the same time, and finally, why did rauru found the kingdom of hyrule instead of Zelda/Link in skyward sword? Answer? Because in this timeline, skyward sword never happened. THIS could be how Nintendo is resetting the Zeldas timeline without erasing the last one. (I’d be honored if this made it on rtym!)

I feel like the Switch Zelda games are going to be a trilogy and the third game is going to have the triforce play a heavy role it maybe like starting a soft reboot of the history of the triforce kind of like a history repeats it's self sort of thing. Form, split, fade, then repeat in an infinite loop that expands millennia. No one really knows when it starts or when it will end just that it can't truly be forgotten.

My theory is each of the 3 dragons has a piece, and they draconified to keep the pieces safe. They are called the 'keepers of the springs'. It would explain why Zelda prayed to each spring, to borrow power from each dragon.

Yet the power of each third of the Triforce was not enough to protect the dragons from being infected by Malice.
We also have 3 dragons as guardians all the way back in Skyward Sword. Though handing the pieces of the Triforce to those dragons for protection isn't unreasonable.

@@hanelyp1 It is unlikely. The only ones that would be able to place it there would be the Zonai, and they don't seem to have any knowledge of the Triforce except for an animistic representation of the 3 virtues with the boar, dragon, and owl. Even the tribal Hylians don't seem to know about it and the only symbol seen is the tattoo Sonia has.

It's questionable how much such a statement like this is significant in practice because the whole point of sealing the Triforce away is that someone is always trying to steal it and generally succeeds at some point, so there's notihing inconsistent with it not still being sealed somewhere.

The only Historical sources to that time were literature and inscriptions, they didnt have a video or a photo of the Triforce, the least thing they could have had back then are texts talking about it, and even then after centuries no one really believed it exists, just Because someone tells about it from the Past isnt enough evidence for them.
And besides, no other human probably even witnessed the fight of the Hero and the Goddess against the Tribe of Demise, That's probably another key factor to it fading into myth, it didnt make sense to them that three students of the Knight School who they see every day saved the world

There's a rumor that BOTW and TOTK are the first two parts of a trilogy. They point out that each of the Golden Goddesses that created the Triforce are associated with a particular color; Din with red, Nayru with blue, and Farore with green. Blue is the predominant color for BOTW and green is the same for TOTK, so the third game would have red as its predominant color.
If that's true, maybe we'll see a reemergence of the Triforce in the third game. Hell, it's even possible that the Triforce could be the source of the sealing power both Rauru and Zelda have. Possibly even the source of all the powers that are amplified by Zonai Secret Stones (which are shaped suspiciously like the Amber and Dark Relics from Skyward Sword).

So, there's one other appearance, in some indirect way or other, that it appeared.

    • @jcb76

I think that it is intended that Zelda has the complete Triforce. I mean you straight up see the complete Triforce in BOTW when Zelda uses her power and it's in TOTK seen on Zelda's hand in the vision of her restoring the master sword. Note that this symbol shows all THREE segments present, not just one. This, to me, indicates that she has the complete Triforce and not just one part like in other games. We also never see the symbol of either the Triforce of courage or power with Link or Ganondorf, which you would expect to see if they possessed a piece. I also like the way that this theory implies that Zelda herself is a living embodiment of the Sacred Realm as she contains the Triforce, which contributes to how the Triforce contained within her family line is seen as a "Sacred Power".

When Zelda uses her "Sealing Power" to vanquish Ganon away she's actually using the full Triforce as proven at the end of Breath of the Wild.

It’s their duty to keep these records closely guarded and under wraps but I doubt they’re the kinds themselves to just up and forget. A chance are they were ordered to not tell future generations of the Royal Family and others after the multiple times the Triforce had been acknowledged throughout history and targeted whether through evil plot or wars. But that’s just my grain of salt and nothing more.

Maybe it's time for you to grow up and wake up, Javier. You're not supposed to be an oblivious and naive little kid anymore, you're supposed to be a grown, mature adults with intelligence and life experience and eyes to see. You're not supposed to just believe what you're told by the establishment just because the establishment said it, especially when there's evidence that the establishment is evil, sadistic and tyrannical. You're supposed to question and challenge the establishment, not blindly obey it and believe its lies.
Of course the Hylian royal family wants to erase any history regarding the triforce... so they can keep the triforce all to themselves and reach their goal of Hylian supremacy and world domination, which is what Zelda and her family have always wanted, and they don't care how many people suffer or die in the process. Even if it means shoving an entire race of dark-skinned women and little girls in a ghetto in the deadly desert where the wind bring nothing but death and snuff the light in those women and little girls' eyes and even if it means demonizing their leader and painting him as "villain" for revolting against the Hylian supremacist monsters who did this to his people, his people who were dying right before his eyes as he grew up when he was a little boy seething with rage and ressentment because the Hylian supremacist monsters who did this to his people, the Hylian royals, were never brought to justice, and his people were denied justice and equality.
And I'm not even talking about all the other races or species that the Hylian supremacist royal family of Hyrule has wronged, harmed, killed, violently conquered, forceful "reunified" in a global Hylian monarchy under threat or death or exile in a ghetto similar to the one in the deadly desert that killed so many Gerudo. I'm not even talking about all the people that the Hylian supremacist royal family disappeared somewhere in their underground torture and killing chambers that were never seen again.
Here's a big non-exhaustive list of all the horrific crimes and atrocities that the Hylian royal family has committed against the various peoples of Hyrule (the Gerudo, the Sheikah, the Twili, and countless other races/species):
      th-cam.com/play/PLzG_3q50DuPkRcOm-vIy4hvnUyvKV5O-t.html
The Hylian royal family are NOT the "good guys" that some people think they are.
And when some people, like Ganondorf revolt against such tyranny, racism, injustice, persecution, Hylian supremacist ideology, genocide, torture, murder, global mass mind reading and global mass surveillance through Sheikah stones (they punish people for "thought crimes" and kill anyone who so much as thing of any dissent in gruesome ways as can be seen in the Shadow Temple, the Well of Three Features and the Arbiter's Grounds which was built on top of the Gerudo's dessecrated Spirit Temple by the Hylian royal family who plastered their crest on it and then mass genocided all the Gerudo and sent the remaining few dissenters to the Twilight Realm which is why there isn't a single Gerudo left in the desert in Twilight Princess and all the Gerudo homes/buildings are crumbling ruins), horrific human experimentation and violence against themselves and their own people by the Hylian royal family, they are demonized and painted as "villains" by the Hylian royal family who of course rewrite history to make it look like they're the "good guys" (history is rewritten by the victors and as Napoleon Bonaparte said, "History is a lie agreed upon"), even though the evidence of their horrific crimes and atrocities are found all over Hyrule, especially in the Shadow Temple, the Well of Three Features, Arbiter's Grounds, a hidden cave in Zora's Domain with invisible Skulltulas in OOT that can only be seen with the lens of truth (there's also a gold Skulltulas there), and most probably the giant colloseum seen in OOT and many other places, especially underground places. "Shadow Temple. Here lies Hyrule's bloody history of greed and hatred."
      Also, see this:

This "prank" is a reference to the ending of Ocarina of Time where after Link was sent back to the past by Zelda he arrived with the Triforce of Courage still in his possession as a _chain reaction_ from Ganondorf splitting it in the Adult Timeline causing it to also split in the Child Timeline.
In simple terms it wasn't the Triforce _itself_ which willingly chose to split in the Child Timeline out of it's own volition but rather a reaction of Ganondorf having already broken the Triforce in the Adult Timeline causing the Child Timeline's Triforce to do the same. This "prank" was Ganondorf having already gained the Triforce of Power in another timeline causing his Twilight Princess version to also gaining it as a result. Were the zonai in the background from way before skyward sword? Did the sheikah become the zonai somehow and then through breeding with hylians turn back into humans? In the memories, in either the first meeting or in another early memory when Zelda was first getting acquainted with Rauru and Sonia, I got a major vibe of TMC's Picori and the "gift" of the "light force" that they left with the royal family. I get the impression from the way TotK handled things that Nintendo did a full reboot and only BotW and TotK are canon now (which would simplify things for your question since Rauru and Sonia's founding of the kingdom could then be taken at face value instead of needing to make room for an earlier kingdom in a different era), but the setup with Rauru and Sonia feels like a reinvention of that bit of TMC's lore. Just replace the Picori with Zonai in the new canon, and recontextualize the "light force" as hereditary "sage of light" powers. The "gift" is then about ancestry instead of being some obscure relic that was handed off. (Granted, TotK does leave that as an apparent plot hole. Rauru and Sonia have to have produced at least one child to start the royal lineage that leads to Zelda. But we saw no child, and...)
I don't know what to say about the Sheikah with this train of thought... Something about a servant class who worked for the Zonai, maybe? I think Sonia was supposed to be some sort of high priestess before the marriage made her a queen? Just a random thought but what if the Sheikah order grew out of whatever religious order Sonia came from? People who already lived their lives in devotion to Hylia or whoever else, and then these real live gods came to them and their high priestess marries one of the gods. Sounds like enough to reshape what the order stands for, creating an order dedicated to protecting the divine heritage of the royal family spawned from that union.
Hmmm.... What would be the Yiga's story then? Imagine that Sonia's order fractures as some of them may have seen the worship of the Zonai "false gods" (and their abomination of a royal family) as blasphemy... How do they end up effectively worshiping a false god of their own then? Their god is the usurper whose dark power came from stealing a powerful Zonai artifact. That should be blasphemy to their original faith too.

There is so much hinting at a connection to the triforce throughout the game: three springs named after the three parts of the triforce, three dragons that are linked to each spring, a mother goddess that is connected to each of the springs, the secret stones looking just like the tears from skyward sword, the various triforce symbols that appear, plus the zonai animals representing the three parts of the triforce as well. Also worth noting was when Rauru used his powers, he had a third eye on his forehead and would place his hands in a position to form a triangle. All of this makes me think that the magic being used is drawing from the triforce... wherever it is... and it may be less of a physical object at this point and more of an energy within the world that certain people are able to draw from or tap into.

Since neither Link or Rauru ever depict such a power in their graps it's more than likely they neither is in possession of the Triforce during the events of the game.

When she uses it, the full Triforce appears on her hand, not just the Wisdom piece. The full Triforce was also shown healing the Master Sword. She has it, it's in her. Her mother had it before her, and her mother before that, most likely. It's called a "sealing power" because that's what generations of princesses and queens were trained to wish for. I believe the knowledge of the Triforce has simply faded from memory and history. Even the "Past" events of the games, when Gannondorf was sealed, is likely hundreds or thousands of years after the last time any of his previous incarnations sought after it. In all of the previous games the Triforce was still a known and remembered relic, and Ganondorf in those games knew of it's existence. Most of the previous games involved only one or two incarnations of Ganon, as he was typically only sealed away in most of them, and rarely was he fully killed. So every time Ganon returned, he still retained his memory of the Triforce, even if others knew very little of it's existence.
So in this case, this is a brand new incarnation of Ganon, who wouldn't have memories and knowledge of the Triforce automatically, and now the Triforce is pretty much forgotten about, so he has no reason to pursue something he doesn't know about.

You can see the 3 pieces on her hand when she uses her divine power. When the triforce is split, only one piece would show up on the hand of those holding a piece. In several other games it is also referred that the complete triforce had been in hands of the kingdom in occasions and later split into 3 pieces (First 2 games). So we have seen the triforce being hidden, being split and being in complete possession of the kingdom/Zelda along the franchise. Great video, well put together and appreciate the jokes. I personally am a fan of the Zelda has the Triforce theory. Though it’s symbol has been used to represent magic, the way Zelda’s does is specifically on the back of her hand just below her knuckles. The same place it usually is when someone possesses it.
On a different topic, I wonder what that cloudy, dream-like Astral Plane is. It feels almost identical to the realm OoT Zelda and Link were in before Zelda sent Link back through time. (TotK Zelda sadly could never) I wonder if that is what the Sacred Realm is. It’s obvious it takes different forms, like the Temple of Light is housed there as the Chamber of Sages, whereas another part of the Sacred Realm was where Ganondorf was briefly sealed in two timelines. Yet, still, the Sacred Realm seems to resemble the sky islands in A Link Between Worlds and we do see vague silhouettes of Hyrule in the background. So much theory fodder!

What if; the triforce got forgotten because Raru sealed Ganondorf away, while Ganondorf still holds his pice of the triforce. So the triforce was forgotten because it was never seen again in his full form. The Hero was still here, the princess with the sealing power... but the big bad with the triforce of power was beneath Hyrule castle... so no triforce for hyrule for thousands of years

My personal headcanon is that someone used the triforce to erase all knowledge of itself. Probably a previous Zelda.
It would leave it as nothing more than a design related to the royal family, thus stopping people from actively looking for it. Then even if the pieces did attach themselves to people like with the usual trio, they wouldn't see it as anything other than a symbol that appears when they use whatever power it gave them.
Because even it if did pass into legend and was forgotten, there would eventually be someone who comes across a written record and starts up the search all over again. Unless you magically erase all that knowledge, with the possible exception of beings like the Dragons.

I believe Zelda herself has the full Triforce and like you stated near the end of the video, knowledge of its existence faded into legend as its been the object of countless wars and that's why Zelda ,being an incarnation of Hylia (Who is tasked with guarding the Triforce) would be the best candidate utilize and safeguard the Triforce in the form of "Sealing power". Zelda/Hylia carrying the full Triforce insures the safety of Hyrule.

My theory is that the arrival of the Zonai played a large role in the disappearance of the Triforce from memory.
If you follow the refounding theory, when the Zonai arrived from wherever they came from, they’d have likely wanted to secure their rule as the leaders of Hyrule and thus would have had incentive to try and erase the previous Hylian royal family and their legacy, seen in older Zelda games from memory.
Rauru’s ancestors may have actively destroyed all mention of the triforce and any relics/documents from the era of myth to secure their control. Especially as a lot of it links the older Hylian royals to Hylia herself and portrays them as the rightful leaders of Hyrule rather than the Zonai.
This also explains why Rauru and Sonia have never heard of the name Zelda or Link as all evidence of their previous incarnations, aside from myths and stories, had been purposely lost.
(Feel free to let me know what you think about this!)

Something I want to point out is that Link definitely doesn’t have the Triforce of Courage here. Ganondorf showed that the Triforce grants you pseudo-immortality and can prevent fatal blows in TP. Link definitely died/was extremely close to death and needed the Shrine of Resurrection to heal himself. If he had the Triforce, he should have been able to survive the assault of the Guardians. You could argue that the reason he didn’t is because of the differences between Power and Courage but they both augment and enhance the wielders abilities. It feels weird to me that one would grant immortality while the other doesn’t, especially since they should both hold the same amount of strength.
Secondly, in TP again, the start of the game shows Link being smacked in the back of the head and left at the Ordon Spring. King Bulbin decided to kidnap the kids at Ordon, but just chose to left Link. Why is that? It makes me think that the reason he didn’t is because he assumed that the Bulbin already killed Link. This can show how the Triforce saved Link’s life after a fatal blow. I know the Manga’s aren’t canon, but the TP Manga chose to run with this idea as well, since Link was clearly show to be very badly injured during this fight, and it was shown that the Triforce saved his life and healed him. It would also narratively contrast Link with Ganondorf well, since it shows both of them being saved by the Power of the Gods they possess.

I have a little theory/story as to why the TriForce is missing. The Zonai, the ones long before Raruu and Mineru, used it to reset the world of Zelda, keeping them around and re-establishing the Hyrule Kingdom as their own dominion. From there, they went extinct, the last ones being the First King and his sister, but still left their presence marked through the Labyrinths, Typhlo Ruins, and the Faron region “city”.

    • @victoralexandervinkenes9193

The labyrinths, although created by the Zonai themselves, could also have housed another group that, for the sake of simplicity, can be referred to as the Lomei tribe...
Who the Lomei were, we don't entirely know... they could've been a Zonai warrior caste, a power tribe with close ties to the Zonai, or just a barbarian tribe that may or may not have possible, whether intentionally or accidentally, powered up the demons, possibly leading to the first appearance of Calamity Ganon.
Also, I like to think that the Ancient Hero were themself using the Hero's Aspect, too. Whether or not it's the case, we don't entirely know that (yet).

I did, however, really like the side-quests with the three springs. Spring of Wisdom, Spring of Courage and Spring of Power, where you need to get a scale from the three dragons roaming around Hyrule to power the springs. That was fun.

The fading into legend idea fits very well: in BOTW it was expected from Zelda to use an inherited divine sealing power, that turned out to be the Triforce, and her training and meditation was a mean for her to gain access to it, however her mother passed away before being able to convey some critical information that is not referenced in any text (even if the Kingdom is full of visual references to it).
Now in TOTK, Zelda chooses to use the same divine power to repair and empower the Master Sword, that action indicates that she is getting a better understanding of that inherited power, even if she does not know that it comes from an ancient relic.

I wonder if totk dlc/expansion can bring it back in some way. Maybe the secret zonai stones are in fact pieces of the triforce like how in WInd Waker it is broken into shards. Maybe the Zonai at one point new where the triforce were, they were called to be Gods who descended to Hyrule. Maybe they had to full thing at one point, but maybe again bad people got their hands on it and it shattered. Maybe the dlc we can go back in time when the Zonai were alive. Maybe instead of sky islands it is a land mass in the sky higher than we can see now. Maybe we can explore the ancient civilization high above where we can go now and maybe there are flashbacks to when the zonai were more prevalent. Of course this theory and ideas have it flaws canonly, but wishful thinking and fun is what makes videogames fun to talk about.

Child timeline triforce of courage. Adult timeline triforce of wisdom. Fallen timeline triforce of power. I think triforce was split between the timelines and what we thought was 3 parts of triforce in each timeline was just 3 pieces of one of the original triforces. Each timeline's triforces were merged into one of the original triforces and a hero in each timeline used their set of triforce pieces to form one of the original 3 and at that point. All three heros wished to restore hyrule, and to do so the triforces came back together and was exhausted of power by combining all 3 timelines to restore hyrule as it only had enough power to restore one hyrule and not 3. And the zoni stones are the little fragmented pieces left over when the original triforces that crumbled when it restored hyrule by combining all 3 timelines and exhausted it's power. The Zoni stones only hold enough power to aid one holder but not enough to be restored into a triforce. But hey that's a theory a 2:30am sleepy made theory thanks for reading.

I made this comment a few times, but the reason I think the Triforce isn't present in the games is because no one's tried to seize it. Traditionally, a force tries to take it for evil purpose - because their heart isn't in balance, it splits into the three, and then they fight to defeat the evil, usually Ganon(dorf).
In this game, Ganondorf never tried to take it. He might have BEEN trying to take it during his invasion of Hyrule, but he never got it. He doesn't touch it, it doesn't split, it never goes to its traditional holders, and it remains chilling out in the light realm.

  • @KelyxTheMage
    @KelyxTheMage 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

One of the things I'm thinking could be possible is that the Zonai at some point even before Rauru's time, came into possesion of the Triforce, saw the potential harm it could cause if the full relic was placed into the wrong hands and decided to break it apart and reforge it into the Secret Stones. The Zonai are referred to and believed to be a divine race from the heavens, just as the Triforce is a divine force from the heavens. The Secret Stones themselves also work in a similar manner to the singular pieces of the Triforce, in which they enhance the innate abilities of the wielder rather than granting them new and different abilities. Each Secret Stone contains incredible power, very much alike to the Triforce. By reforging the Triforce into the secret stones, it could make the triforce much more difficult for one singular person to collect and thus the only way to wield it would be either to collect ALL of the secret stones, or have all of the wielders of said secret stones gather together to wish upon the Triforce together. It could also explain why consuming a secret stone has such a tremendous effect and transformation on a person, mirroring Ganondorf's transformations into a giant powerful beast with just the Triforce of Power. Perhaps the Triforce was lost to history because there was no longer a Triforce to remember, only the Secret Stones.

  • @kayasimone7455
    @kayasimone7455 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

I think that the triforce was split into twelve a bit before mineru and raru's time, and were encased into the secret stones by goddess hylia. This is because the secret stones have the same power to amplify its users power as the triforce (shards) have had in previous games. Also I think maybe hylia did this to hide and protect each stone from evil and so that the full power of the triforce is split up and so each stone is not too powerful (or as powerful as the full triforce). Also this would make sense because there are 11 known secret stones in the game (raru's, mineru's, Zelda/Sonya's, each sage's, each dragon's, and link/ganon's) so maybe the missing stones are part of the next game or dlc where you have to retrieve all of them and make them into the full triforce like in other games such as windwaker.

  • @Houndlock643
    @Houndlock643 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    I can answer that question.
BOTW/TOTK are not a part of the main timeline. Rather they run parallel to the main timeline, however unlike the main timeline, it’s not cursed with a timeline split; meaning any and all games that took place in the main timeline took place here in a more chronological (??) order, and with slightly different variables and outcomes.
But now to answer where the Triforce is. Where is it? I think the answer is pretty obvious, when you take into consideration HOW this parallel timeline was created.
There is only one possible scenario where this could occur, and that is the past timeline in Skyward Sword. Specifically the one that was created when Link defeats Demise in the past, and leaves for the present.
With Demise defeated, there’s no need for Ghirahim to kidnap Zelda, Link never finds the Goddess Sword, he never goes on his grand adventure, AND HE NEVER DISCOVERS THE TRIFORCE IN THE SKY ISLANDS. (Ever find it funny how the Goddess Sword AND the Master Sword are in the same game as two different swords, when they’re both canonically the SAME SWORD?? (In TOTK))

My personal headcanon is as follows:
As the timeline has diverged into multiple directions, leading to the existences of various beings, deities, and monsters, the lands of hyrule and those connected to it began to deteriorate on a cosmic level. To save the land they created, Din, Lanyru, and Farore reclaimed the triforce and used its powers to merge all of the timelines into one unified branch to restore stability. Hence why creatures such as the rito exist alongside the gerudo, who were originally their ancestors. To further prevent another paradox, the three created the Zonai to act as overseers of the triforce, breaking the three pieces down into an assortment of stones while keeping three for themselves, devouring them and becoming draconic beings that would watch over the land. The sacred stones went to the royal families of various cultures, making the sages that used the divine power to govern their nations until the malevolence what started it all, Ganon, inevitably resurfaced as his hatred defied time itself.

That would also fit to this idea that I like: That the Zonai and the founding of the current Hyrule all happened long after the last game before BotW. Maybe Hyrule fell and the triforce was hidden. And then so much time passed that only legends, stories and symbols remained. When Rauru and Sonia founded their kingdom, they based the name for it on the legends they all knew so well, without knowing that Hyrule had been a real kingdom in the past, not just a bunch of stories.

Zelda carries it inside her body which includes the scene where Rauru attacks the Moldugas. Since Rauru is technically Zelda's ancestor it would explain why he too has the power to control the Triforce from his Era.

@@javiervasquez625 I believe the triforce is the mixture of the light force (Rauru) and the time force from (Sonia/Zelda)

@@fabriciodelesderrier2646 It's the combined essences of the 3 Golden Goddesses who somehow ended up inside Zelda's body by the events of the Era of the Wild without a firm explanation as to how it was passed down through her bloodline over thousands of years. Supposedly Rauru and Sonia also passed down through their son/daughter who then passed it through their son/daughter and so on until Zelda's time.

I think that makes sense. Sometime between the previous set of games and the ones set in the BotW eta, the Triforce could have gotten sealed back into the sacred realm, and eventually mostly forgotten about. The one issue i have with that is the fact that so many of the buildings have it featured pretty prominently. That suggests that whoever designed the building (in universe, not the dev who made it) knew of its importance.
Hopefully we get some kind of answer in the next game (or DLC, if they decide to do DLC)

I think I rather see a pattern in the Games.
Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom seem to introduce especially newer players to the World of the Legend of Zelda
The First game introduced us to the Trio of Light and Darkness, Link, Zelda and Ganon, along with the most important races to the Story.
TotK introduced us to the man behind Ganon and covered the topic of what sages are and what their Purpose was.
If they'll make another sequel, then I assume it will probably cover the topic of the Eternal Conflict between the God Tribe and the Demon Tribe with the eternal conflict of who of these sides is in charge just like in the very beginning - and in the center of this conflict was the Allmighty Triforce, so I hope they'll talk about it in a future game

from what I recall, I'm pretty sure Sonia has a triforce illustrated on the back of her hand. it's not mentioned directly, but that has implications for it's acknowledgement with ancient hylians? 🤔 and the zonai voices at each of the labyrinths are also in line with the triforce imagery (owl, dragon, pig? iirc?)

Can we talk about the three triangles that appear when Rauru uses his "sacred power of light" to repel the molduga?

The one thing that has been stuck in my head is that Queen Sonia has a triforce incorporated into her tattoos! Like....is it just art, a manifestation of her powers, cultural??? It's one of the few places we see it and I think the only one that pops up on such an important character fully. I'm so curious about the implications of that

The golden Relic can't be gone like permanently from the world of Hyrule if you remember what happened to lorule the opposite of Hyrule their Triforce was gone and their world was starting to suffer and literally fall back into the abyss of darkness. So I agree that the Triforce is probably in some other realm that we cannot access yet. But it would be cool if Nintendo made a DLC for tears of the Kingdom are we could board either more about the Zoni, and what happened to the Triforce.

I remember reading somewhere, most likely Hyrule Historia, that Ganondorf in Four Swords Adventures was after some trident and may not have been aware of the Triforce.

Did you notice the three animal masks on the Ancient Hero Aspect? Each one represents each piece of the Triforce. My theory is that they ARE the pieces of the Triforce. That's how the Ancient Hero succeeded thousands of years in the past, by bringing all three pieces together...a story we'll experience in a future game, as teased with that bit of lore through the unlockable costume.
