What is really disappointing in the new Tahoe and Yukon is that they don't have any kind of interior ambient lighting... Adding few would have been nice

The only thing I dislike about the high country is the branding they put all over it. That's exactly why I'd go primer to keep the outside sleek and free up all the repetitive "high country" emblems
I must say Chevy impress me. I keep forgetting that they are the same company that makes the corvette. They got trucks, suv, sedans, sports car, they basically make super cars now.
I wish they had kept the column shifter, it just needed a soft leather wrapped handle but the buttons are not a deal breaker. Other than that they should of painted to wood to match the leather like Ram did with the Limited. Black or ash grey wood would look so good with the Bronze trim and black leather. I think they should made the steering emblem with the Bronze aluminum, a little extra touch for the High Country.
@@RaitisRides The only real bad things I would say is the gating the 6.2 to the top trims. And the 5.3 still existing. They should of replaced that with 5.0 DOHC or at least a 5.7 Push-Rod like Dodge and Toyota offer.
We r missing one zonk. Why aren't the brake lights and turn signals led kia and Hyundai offer that but this suv is badass it's a really major difference compare to the last gen model
JOE ~ I like the interior bronze touches, looks nice. other than the seam on the mid row control panel the interior is pretty decent, I wish it came with a couple of sunroofs though because when you were in the rear row seats it looked like a cave it was dark lol. plenty of power. all in all I say a good soldi SUV. sweet report - tony

These companies all need to catch up with Ram on how to do an interior. This still looks pretty dated on the inside. Hell, Subaru has nicer looking interiors on the upper end trims.
Sure this ain't RAM class interior or anything, but this is a huge improvement for GM over what they have and have had over the years... This interior had enough done to it I think. Interior in the RAM is cool but not necessary, more then anything you could say it was over done... If I'm being real with you! It's a truck/SUV! These vehicles were never meat to have super luxury interiors that you would find in a modern sedan or something.. it's for utility purposes for the most part.. so really, Chevy is about where they need to be.. they don't need super luxury interiors like say in a RAM to be nice... Just pointing that out.

As someone who has always bought suburbans for the size and space I am highly impressed with this Tahoe
They increased the size on 2021 and wheelbase. Not much smaller than the Burban now!
