    we just picked one up. didn't have the 360 cameras or the rear power folding seats. 78k (sticker) + 10k destination charge + tax & title. also didn't realized the extended warranty cost over 5k. I didn't see that until after signing the papers. it just came in the lot and very limited on inventory. sucks being a sellers market, no room to negotiate. i know i overpaid, but that's just how the current market is (10/18/2021 purchase date). this was in newnan GA (high demand for off road SUVs).

    I bought this vehicle new in white for my wife. I am confident in the fact that she and my daughter are safe. That was the main concern for me. In a collision, it would annihilate another car. It will never get hung up in a practical weather situation. The fuel economy wasn't a concern for me, but it does average about 14 mpg city and highway off the lot, using A/C most everyday. I replaced the factory air filter with a K&N and it is now at 14.9. Do be advised that GM is having issues with GM trucks produced between Sept 2020 and March 2021 in 5.3L and 6.2L V8 configurations. They are experiencing lifter failure before 10k miles and in some cases before 5k. I can say that, everything considered, I am very happy with my purchase. If you have questions, please reply and I will try to respond with real-world, no BS answers, if I have one.

      You're looking at the wrong car. If you want safety you go Volvo. I worked at Volvo for many years. One day a group of firefighter's came by the Volvo dealership and was looking at the vehicle's; I asked them what they were doing here. They responded saying that "whenever there is a vehicle collision, and there is a Volvo involved, they will always go to the other vehicle first because more than likely the passengers in the Volvo are a lot safer and they can get to them last" That's when I knew Volvo is no joke.

    Just purchased one this past weekend. Raiti hit every aspect on this review. Extremely comfy ride, spacious throughout, incredible lines and beautiful interior, Chevy nailed it. I've driven in BMW's, MB's, and Range Rover SUV's, and for the price, this is barely a step below those and that's only because of their name recognition. One thing I'll add, is the digital readout behind the steering column is in fact digital, only the MPH and RPM is analog, all of the other readouts disappear when the vehicle is off, the model shown I believe is the Signature Z71 package, hence the sunroof.

      Thoughts on gas mileage now that you've owned it a bit? What grade fuel do you use? I saw some reviewers say premium grade is required.

    • @jonathanebbert4649
      @jonathanebbert4649 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@sialea19 Gas mileage is pretty good for the size of the vehicle. I get about 18-23 miles per gallon, depending on the type of driving. It does require Premium per the manual. Unfortunately with gas prices on the rise, it gets a little expensive. I live in CA, it costs about 130 to fill up.

    The Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban, the GMC Yukon and Yukon XL, and the Cadillac Escalade account for 50% of all large SUV sales in the US. GM makes 340,000 of them every year and exports about 80,000 to 31 countries. They’re made in GM’s plant in Arlington, Texas, which is said to be the most profitable assembly plant in the world. We estimate they generate $20 billion in revenue for GM and about $4 billion in profits. Autoline Daily.

    More LARGE SUV's!!

  • @AldermanFredCDavis
    @AldermanFredCDavis ปีที่แล้ว

    July 2023. In the past few years, I've rented a 2019 Sequoia, a 2021 Armada, and a 2021 Tahoe.........All in urban environments. To me, the Tahoe looked, felt, and drove 'bigger' than the other two (I thought it was a Suburban when I went to pick it up), and this Tahoe looks substantially larger than the 2015---2018 Tahoe's that I see on the road. I was BARELY able to fit the Armada in my garage. The Tahoe is a hair too wide.
    You don't drive a LARGE body on frame SUV for gas mileage. That being typed, I did not calculate it, but I didn't think any of the 3 were "horrible" on gas.
    I thought the Sequoia had the best fit and finish, the Armada had the best throttle response and acceleration and the best driver seat. Tahoe had the best A/C. Very powerful and cools the truck down very quickly, though all the A/C's worked well. The Armada had the best speakers. I've owned two Nissan's in the past 15 years (one was a CVT), and I have zero complaints about Nissan. I think Nissan is the best value of the 3. My mind is set on a 2021 Nissan Armada.

    are your number correct for cargo space? You are saying 25 cu ft with all rows up. then 90. then 145 with all rows down. I have seen its really 25/72.6/122 ???? can you please advise on this ?

    Definitely a Toyota guy. But I have to admit it. Chevy absolutely killed it on this one. Definitely want the Duramax with air suspension.
