Ingredients:
1/2 red, yellow, green bell peppers
1 large red onion
3 scallions
30 grams ginger
1 shallot
4 cloves garlic
1 habanero
1/2 cup silantro
2 pounds skinned and deboned chicken thighs
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon powdered thyme
1/2 teaspoon aniseed
1/4 teaspoon each black and white peppercorns
Oil to deep fry chicken and stir fry sauce
3 teaspoons flour
Salt (amount per your preference)
