Just caught your video on Silver Creek. Great day for you. I fish it frequently since we spend the summer season nearby. I have not had a day like yours. Maybe in the future. What year I was this? Also the area is not familiar to me. You were using a belly boat, perhaps on a private area. In any case quite a day, thanks for sharing it.
Silver Creek regulations require you to have the old school float tubes where your butt is in the water , like a inner tube. The new open tubes are not allowed...
I talked with a DOW guy a couple years ago and that policy is 50 years old when there was no such thing as a “boat” like mine. They just wanted to keep the rowing type inflatable pontoons off the water due to their size! He had absolutely no problem with my boat. Basically he said as long as it’s a “sit in” and not a “sit on”, they were fine with it! I even went up to the office and they didn’t care either. I think I’m fine.
You can get pretty spoiled quick with that type of fishing success!
Fun to watch!
