Every post should have a minimum eligibility criteria and all this should be Aadhar linked. Teachers should get credit on their continuing education.

I have been teaching in a private CBSE missionary school for more than 5 years now. I try my best and learn from my every mistake. But repeatedly some parents are complaining and also the authorities are listening to only one side of the story.
First they ask us to be strict and then they blame us for misconduct, I know very well how to be strict.
They are always listening to one side of it. Nor the parents confronts me.
How to deal with this?
Why are there no rules for private school teachers? Why everything is against us?

Sir in our school we are getting 5440 rupees salary per month
Our salary is even given according to number of working days
If in a month no of working day is 21 our salary is divided with number of day and according to it for just 2 or 3 day leave we lost a large amount
Just take example of these summer vacation
No salary for june month and for july month we are provided with only 2515 rupee for 12 working days from 17 july to 31 july

This is injustice to private teacher
Govt should change this rule of not providing salary to new teacher because some school are exploiting teachers and working on their on rule
Those who are doing this should be charged with large fines

Good information sir, thank you so much, l want to talk to you. I am a teacher in a reputed school, they fired me from the school, with out any reason, after 4 months of joining, l have 20 years of teaching experience, according to them l am not a good teacher. I took my resignation forcefully one month ago, l was shocked. Now in mid session where should l go, l requested them to complete at least this session, but they appointed a new teacher one week ago, against me, l have to leave the job on 22 Aug, l am so confused what to do, please guide me, l want to talk to you, if you can spare some time please.
