    Hour 1: “Adnan Virk’s Flip-Flop Walk”
    Ron Magill joins us to recap his experience at MAS Miami and discuss Jessica's potential fish abuse, smoking weed with an elephant, animals suffering from mental health issues, and much more. Then, Adnan Virk joins us to defend his decision to walk through Miami before and after MAS. He also tells us more about his hat choice, baseball, and movies.
    Hour 2: “The Cote Physical Altercation”
    Who needs the reunion more: Mad Dog or Francesa? Chris and Greg Cote break down their mid-MAS scuffle that almost became a physical altercation, and we try to understand the mystery of Greg's feet. Then, can the Nets challenge the Celtics or Bucks for Eastern Conference supremacy? Plus, Canes basketball, sports fandwith, Kliff Kingsbury turning ugly, and Greg's Christmas schedule. Finally, Mike Schur apologizes for yesterday's apology.

    As someone who has drunkenly walked the entire length of that causeway, whoever gave Adnan those directions did him dirty. The smaller of the three connecting bridges, Venetian causeway, would've been his best bet.

      I'm listening to this now and this is my exact thought. you walking all the way up Biscayne to get on the 195 is wild. The venetian is literally right there and walkable. Even has those bikes you can borrow

      @@PastelitoPapi It's pretty funny, he could've had a nice long stroll through a fairly scenic residential area... but ended up at that dirty-ass denny's by one of the more busy intersections in all of Miami.

      @@PastelitoPapi From what I gather, Adnan, at some point, crossed Biscayne boulevard which is a sight I would have payed to see. I don't know much about the underbelly of the Julia Tuttle causeway, but I have been under the Macarthur and can confirm it is, indeed, shady as hell.

    @7:40 Ron all objects fall to Earth at 9.8 m/s regardless of mass. Therefore a lighter object would fall the same speed as as a heavy object.

    • @robertminor2111
      @robertminor2111 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@TheKatieLea okay I’m not going to argue with you because you simply don’t understand terminal velocity or anything about physics. Also gravity isn’t 9.8 m/s on the moon, because it has about 1/6 of the gravity of earth’s atmosphere. Have a good one.

    • @TheKatieLea
      @TheKatieLea ปีที่แล้ว

      @@robertminor2111 Yep, but the objects on the moon fall at the same speed due to lack of air resistance, just that they reach terminal velocity essentially immediately, albeit the terminal velocity is about 1.5 m/s cause of the lower gravity
      If 2 exact same size humans jump from a plane and one lays out face down with all four limbs spread out while the other falls straight up and down with their legs straight and together and arms pressed to their body, they'll fall at different rates UNTIL they reach terminal velocity. But, the one straight up and down will go faster til terminal velocity And hit terminal velocity sooner
      As for Ron, he clearly misheard or misunderstood the "equivalent" part of them saying falling 9 stories, as he proved at another point in their chat. Many different sized and shaped fish, so will some fall the same rate as humans from 9 stories? Almost assuredly. Will some fall slower due to being small enough to be affected more by air resistance in the near 100 feet of falling? Yep. Dunno about the ones Jessica caught, but they seemed hand sized and flat, so I'd bet a human would land first in a 9 story drop for each, but would a 10-15 ft fall from the pier be enough for such differences to become noticeable? Not for most fish
      also, can try the home experiment I mentioned to see this, or just wonder why dust particles float instead of falling 10 m/s ♥

    Isn't it fascinating that now that Ben Simmons is playing consistently, and the Nets are playing a good stretch, they're not a story anymore? There's literally NO ONE in the media that's been talking about the Nets AT ALL. And while I don't necessarily agree with Stu on the Nets being a Finals team, I do find it fascinating that no one is talking about them.
    It's almost as if the media ONLY loves to talk about the bad, and never the good.
