@@dirtbikes4life778 I was leaning towards getting the RBR winch for my C34 but since the main working part of the winch is bigger/wider than WPL, the WPL looks better. Plus the WPL looks more scale out of the box...
not directly. It does have to be fitted somehow on there. I haven't done it so I can't help unfortunately. I'm sure you can though if your willing to cut and trim and move electronics around.
RBR/C winch is absolute crap. WPL winch is much better, but can easily only be mounted on WPL C34 and C44 bumper mount. WPL winch is much stronger (and slower - what you want).
@@donaldsneffe I got my WPL Winch before 2 days ago, didn't try it yet, but I will in the next week, btw @donaldsneffe Thanks on your tip about foam and tires on c34/c44. I have done the same thing 😸😸
RBR/C winch isn't that bad. Ofcourse I only recommend it to people who really want the metal stuff and can deal with its quirks. The wpl winch is definitely better but I still don't mind the RBR/C winch. They are so cheap that you really can't complain when they need to be assembled a certain way. When you buy these kind of products you are kind of expecting something will go or be wrong. Tinkerers like the challenge so they go ahead and get it anyways. The mythbusters proved that you can polish a turd.
so here's a question that may have been asked before.... which one would you use on an mn86? i'm rebuilding my mn86sb from the ground up and i want a winch but 1/10 winches seem too big to fit on the tray/bull bar that comes with it. i use a dumborc x6 rx/tx. is that something you would be willing to make a video about?
I using a small plastic washer on the winch ,. It helps with no binding on the winch cable.,
thats a good solution! Thanks for the tip!
Thankyou for the comparison, i was considering which was better
Wpl winch definitely wins this one.
The RBR/C for a loading wench for rear of a late bed. Cool ideas thanks.
Good comparison!
You said you did a lot to keep it even but one lifted heavy and one lifted light.
Try and add it to c-14 bullbar. I rekon that would look cool
Hey bud nice one! Must get stuck into a winch really. Maybe on my B16 tanker project. Amazing demo, those KMs aren't light.
Great video. Nice to see the wpl is better or as good anyways. 🤟
Wpl definitely better.
Thanks very helpful😀
glad it helped. Thanks for stopping by!
should i get the RBR winch

You have a good collection of RC car thanks for sharing new friend here
Thanks and welcome
Thanks for putting this one ☝️ up
My WPL Winch sucks idk think I got a bad one, I’m using a Dumborc setup with a winch controller from eBay
what's wrong with it? Mines years old and still works.
how do i make custom sized drive shafts? please?
Any tips for installing the rbrc on a mn82 ?
Great video, Is there anyway to mount a winch on a c24 km kit? If so what parts do i need? Really love the videos.

@@RunThatRC Thank you!
Hi! Nice vid. Can the roof be detached on C34 RTR version? Just asking
Yes
Visit facebook page. Wpl rc official
yup u can. looks like the wpl crew got you answered already.
@@RunThatRC 🤣😂🤣
Thank you for information ;)
Awesome video bro, great explanations and comparison of both. I like the both winches, gotta try that RBR/C tho 😸😸

Where did u get the wpl winch,I have a metal front bumper for my c24-1 and the rbc winch doesn't fit on it
wpl sent it to me and you can get it on there site:
www.wpl-rc.com/?ref=DAVIDCLARK
if they are out my next place would be Banggood or Amazon.

I would use the WPL one and use a winch controller or the WPL V3 esc receiver works well too of you dont mind the tiny tx.
Hi. What radio are you using?im planning on putting a winch and the 2 speed gearbox. Thanks
I'm using full WPL electronics. In this video I'm using the V2 esc receiver combo on the C34KM and v3 esc receiver combo on the B36KM
Hi just purchased wpl c44 which winch fits best to front bumper?
I think the answer is the WPL winch. Looks like you will need to fab a mount for the RBR/C winch to work.
Seems like the wpl winch struggled alot less
it definitely has more torque than the rbrc one.
Show,,,,,,,,,,
Wpl.is much stronger
yup it is for sure.
