@@krystieann he has a different spawn condition despite canonically being one of the mains, basically to get him to spawn you don't have to buy from his shop during the intermissions, after three times of ignoring him, he can spawn, if the music in his shop stops playing, he WILL spawn On the next floor after the intermission, which is the Dandy run thing people chat about occasionally.

spawn chances (may be outdated) for main characters: floors 1-4: 0%
floors 5-9: 3.6%
floors 10-14: 6.9%
Floors 15-19: 10%
floors 20-24: 12.9%
floors 25-29+ (stops increasing from onwards): 16.1%
