Islands of Adventure is probably the most well rounded park in every aspect, how could anybody dislike it
On June 10th, Hagrid’s will have its shortest lines ever because everybody will be in line for VelociCoaster.

It is, I got a night ride front row twice and when I tell you that was the fastest I’ve ever felt especially the second launch.

Funnier Thing Is that in 2016, It was In My Opinion The Year For B&M Because They Made Galactica In Alton Towers, Remade Hulk in Universal, and Mako In Seaworld.
So this is Intamin Flipping The Bird At B&M For Being A Better Coaster Manufacturer
This coaster is officially my most anticipated coaster of 2021. Was not expecting this ride to look this amazing!! Hyped AF!! 🤩🤩

You know what would've been awesome is if the had the "dueling velociraptors" lit up with one blue light and one with a red light. That wouldve been such a clever little easter egg and tribute to the dragons

Unfortunately my coaster riding days are behind me, and I am jealous because today’s coasters are far superior in every respect from the ones of my youth, my first experience of a “modern coaster” was the Corkscrew at Alton Towers park, Shropshire in England, I remember vividly the excitement, exhilaration and need to ride, ride, and ride again. You live in an era of super coasters and I find it hard to see how coasters can get any better, safer? Yes, but better? Nope, you lucky lucky people, you never had it so good. 😀👍🇬🇧🏴
P.S The worst thing about theme parks is the wait time for rides, especially the most popular, but unfortunately that’s just how it is.

Is it just me, or is 75 minutes a really short wait time for a new coaster? This thing is a capacity machine!
just left... the line was hovering around 50 minutes and actually ended up taking 30 minutes. It is definitely a capacity beast
Universal ops are VERY top tier so lines move really fast especially hulk
Did a night ride in the back row and wasn’t crazy about it. Couldn’t see anything so it felt more like I was getting tossed around in darkness rather than riding a coaster. Then again, they were launching trains without the lights on the night I went so maybe that’s why it was so dark.
Yea seems like front row is probably the best possible experience

@@everythiingmusiic I rode it 3 times in a row and this ride does not get me dizzy at all. The only complaint I have is that there is so much airtime that every time I get slammed down the backs of my legs get bruised and were sore after, but that could be the fact that I’m bigger than average (6’2 240lb) but it was more than worth it. I’ll take that little pain because it gets completely overshadowed by the greatness

So what’s the difference between it opening on the 10th and it soft opening?
soft opening is like a rehearsal for the actual opening so it’s just open some days to practice basically.
@@blakedorn24 are normal guests able to ride during soft openings? I know they had the pass opening event when they first opened it, but how would it work with just normal tickets?
I’m going to Universal on June 7th-9th which of course is literally right before the 10th
@@bfetro yeah normal guests are allowed to ride during soft opening but you have to get lucky because it won’t have a soft opening every day

On the raptor statues at the entrance to the plaza, they should have replaced one of the red lights underneath the raptors with a blue light to further reference Dueling Dragons.

on this one it definitely saves some time, but it comes at the cost of missing a lot of the queue

Has this ride seen much downtime through its first few days of operation? This is an Intamin after all, but hopefully it's running well so far in the reliability aspect
went for 2 days in july and it only closed due to weather. it’s been really reliable
so how long until Taylor changes teh background from Wildfire to VelociCoaster lol
Taylor, I hate to break it to you, but I think RMC has been succeeded by Intamin as the favorite among enthusiasts. Between this, Kondaa, Pantheon, Big Dipper at Luna Park Sydney, and the multi-launch at SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, it’s no question. Why? It’s not exactly easy to theme an RMC to this degree. Plus, RMC can only convert so many old woodies.
Edit: I honestly can’t believe that the day where RMC is no longer my favorite manufacturer has arrived
