Very good initiative by law makers towards women empowerment. But section 69 of BNS entails many flaw in on evidence and proofing side. In my opinion its impact/problems: 1. Difficult to prove that couple had sex itself. 2. Encourage fake cases. 3. Women might find difficulty to get employed under a male boss. 4. Job satisfaction / general communication towards her going to change. 5. What if in starting of relationship couple is not confident about getting married. 6. If because of this law men doesn't get into relationship. It might increase porn and prostitute culture. 7. Sometimes these mistrust hamper healthy on going relationships. The main aim of this is give justice to genuinely effected cases. But woman who come from good family not reporting cases due to family image should be protected. Further identity should be hidden of both parties till the trial is concluded. This should also be included.

For example, consider a case where a man is falsely accused of domestic violence by his spouse out of spite. Despite his innocence, he faces social stigma, legal battles, and emotional distress, with little recourse to clear his name.
The National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) reports that the suicide rate among men is higher than women, often due to marital issues and other personal crises.
To create a more just society, gender-neutral laws should be established. Such laws would ensure that women who commit crimes are also punished. For instance, if a woman is found guilty of false accusations, harassment, or domestic violence, she should face the same legal consequences as a man would.
Currently, there are laws protecting birds and animals, but there is a significant gap in laws supporting Indian men. Implementing gender-neutral legislation would help create a balanced and fair society for all individuals, irrespective of gender.

Sir it is very good law, in recent few years Indian youth were copying western culture, some people may enjoy it doing “Aiyashi” but think about consequences west countries are facing. High number of single mothers, children born to these relationships have no future, women consuming too many contraceptive harm their body. Fertility rate in Indian is increasing. we as humans should have some moral responsibility, Humans are not animals.
Still if Men and women want to live-in they should sign a contract, register to govt that women agrees to live with man knowing the consequences and will not get a penny if he does not marry. Not man will go to jail

Every law get misused , infact court is more active on cases misused related to women section than any other section ?? Men just don't want women to seek any justice or law isliye ye chal rha hai
You say every law is misused, first of all misuse of rape law or women centric laws cannot be compared with other sections because rape is very heinous crime, it is not like other crimes ok. Tell me how many women are punished for misusing the laws, there are men who commit sucide due to misuse of these laws. Second thing tell me any law which is misused as much as section 498A. Third there are many organisation's thar made and fighting against the misuse of rape laws and section 498A tell me any organisation's which is made against the misuse of murder laws. So as i said in beginning don,t compare misuse of rape law with other laws ok. Lastly if you think cheating is crime then women also cheats men, they also hide there identity will you punish women. So this law must be gender neutral.

Anyone from whom the woman is eager to take something from (money, promotion, commitments) or has some emotional reasoning (just feels like destroying his life or take revenge) as long as the public knows/has proof of their acquaintance (can be her boss or client or colleague or fellow student) can drag him to court. Aur fir to hota hain vaha jo hota hain when there is man woman dynamic in court case related to supposedly victim woman. Sex never needs to happen, because no proof ever will be demanded.
