I sing this song all the time in front of my family but they don't think anything of it. I feel as if no one knows my pain when I am literally telling them. They don't pay a close enough attention. They think, "oh she just likes listening to sad songs because they have a nice tune.". I like listening to them because I relate to them. No one ever pays enough attention.
I can relate to this song very much. I'm always sick and tired of doing the same old things that don't really make me feel even the slightest bit of happiness. It took me awhile to learn it and my life has been so much better when I finally met those people. And sometimes, you don't have to look very far to find them. 24/7 i hate my life i feel the emotions of pepole around me not just mine, its hard for me to concentrat on eny thing cuz i have good ears and i hear very well, i feel the vibrations in the air and it tells me if ther is sound around me. I have a hard time sleeping cuz the second i wake up i can't go back to sleep easely and i can spend 2 to 3 hours waiting to go back to sleep. I have head ik and need music to work. At school its a nightmare to work when others are talking. I have a hard time continuing but if i can so can you so live your life to the fullest and stay strong.

This song can be interrupted in different ways. At some point, I felt this way whole heartedly. I think everyone feels like this at some point, but it is hard to listen to someone say they know when you feel so down yourself. Sometimes it's okay to not be ok, just make sure to pick yourself back up and don't dwell in that darkness.

Resonating with this song recently. Not a single person I've known knew how hard it is to cope and fight so much alone. Still battling since I was around 7-8. Been so long I can't remember when it started due to fighting every day since. Come close to ending it all but somehow keep balancing on the edge. So tired of people saying there's nothing wrong with me. So tired of calling out for help in such a dark void. Not going to list everything as we'd be here forever. Only fighting after so long for my cat and the friends I have left. Survived for this long with all the world has thrown. Even with a damaged heart that feels on the edge of giving up.

The weirdness thing is. People tell you not to feel bad about your problems because people are suffering worse things. Well then I just feel plain guilty for wasting time over my problems. This song makes me think about my best friend who ditched me for the so called cool kids. Then my only friend left died of cancer. I was depressed untill I felt brave enough to put my self out there and make new friends. But I went right back in when my friend starting physically and mentally abusing me. I left her this year. But I don’t have friends anymore. I feel like no one understands me. But I will keep looking for someone who can relate and help me get through this. Though sometimes I wonder if my life is hard for a reason. If there is something waiting. Remember, if you are going through hard times, there might be something up ahead to reward you for being brave.
