Some species of owls are diurnal and others are totally nocturnal. And others operate at random hours of the day and night (Cathemeral) .
Long-eared Owl or Eagle Owl?
Definitely eagle owl which is much more robust then as long eared owl.

Да это филин, но для самки мелковат, у хищных птиц самки всегда крупнее и я об этом в курсе
