UNLIKE OUR EAST ASIAN AND SOUTH EAST ASIAN RICE THAT IS ALREADY FLAVORFUL. OUR RICE TASTE SWEET AND DELICIOUS JUST AS IT IS. INDIAN AND MIDDLE EASTERN RICE LIKE BASMATI AND SOUTH INDIAN PINK RICE TASTE A BIT BLAND COMPARED TO EAST ASIAN AND SOUTH EAST ASIAN RICE, THAT IS WHY THEY PUT SALT ON IT.

福岡市在住市民ですが、いちまさ素晴らしい!! 先ず調理台やフライパン、皿が実に清潔感に溢れている!!昨今のテレビグルメ番組の安い、安い、安いを強調する店の汚さに、良く食べに行くなと呆れていました!! そしてコチラの御主人の手際の良さにも旨さがにじみ出ています!! 高齢者の私はどこにも行きたい処はないと家族に言っていましたが、死ぬ前に是非コチラの御主人の作るラーメンや炒飯等を食べさせて頂きたいと思いました!!
