  • Kunal Gupta & Ankur Grover are Co-Founders at TinkerLabs (a Design Thinking training & consulting firm). Together, their vision is to leverage the power of design to drive creativity and innovation across sectors. Kunal is an alumnus of BITS Pilani and IIM Ahmedabad. He has previously worked as a Design Engineer at Freescale Semiconductor and as a management consultant at A.T Kearney. Ankur is an alumnus of BITS Pilani and INSEAD. He has previously worked in Network Engineering and Business Development roles. He has co-authored a Harvard Business Review Case Study on “Innovation & Design Thinking”.

    Great speech 👌.Sad part in today's world is people with no knowledge argue more. Design thinking is having very significant role in today's society but no one wants to know about design thinking. Very few people have got the opportunity to learn about design thinking by watching this video. Wish the video could have got more views.🤔

    I have questions for mba marketers who become Designer Boss without knowing about Design and make order to them. change this change that on there design and than they told management that they make this design, after this they get increment so this justice with Designer ?

    Is design thinking only for engineers? I have started learning bead jewelery and want to make jewelry which can solve problems. Can you guide me to achieve this?

    Ankur, you were already told by your Prof not to pitch but to demonstrate.. yet once back in India you had to wait for that aloo chat moment, for the truth to dawn? Just wondering... You must have too, then ;)
    Design thinking, while a new and fancier jargon, guess fundamentally it's about common sense, applied consistently. After all, empathy, observation, prototyping, demonstration (and not just pitching) are commonsensical, aren't they!
