Cool Bronco. I'm curious why they chose 3 gray colors? The Robin egg blue looks so good but is only on the limited trim.
Well because auto makers know you are not going to pay tens of thousands more for the "special" edition (in this case the BL HE) without it being special.
If I already didn’t received my Bronco. I would of opted for this trim
Went to my local Ford dealership and put $500 down for an allocation slot. Hopefully it all works out and I will get the red two door that we see in this video. I do currently own a 66 half cab that I am restoring in my garage.
Called 3 dealerships to place an order but all three told me that I cannot. One of them said, "probably not in 2023 calendar year". They're still trying to catch up with all of the orders from the past years.

Should have done a vinyl or leatherette seat interior. Especially using the vertical stitch panels. Those seats are fugly.

I’m super bummed that I can’t get the Robin’s Egg Blue color in this model. I prefer this over the Limited honestly and I wanted the blue color since seeing it at the auto show. Ugh

I have always liked the Broncos but wasn't planning on getting one until I saw this one. The white dash is tolerable. I can probably apply some wood grain vinyl or red vinyl (or a can of paint) to break up the hideous white dash. I like everything else!

Nice walk around tour, Matt. I'm in love with that Race Red HE Bronco. About the only color apart from Velocity Blue or Eruption Green I would go for. Of course, those other colors aren't available on the HE models, so never mind. Why is that? LOL

Ordered my 2 door badlands July 2020 still haven't heard anything 😔 glad to hear they are making more models when current 2 year old orders aren't being delivered 😑 disappointing Ford
Because Big Bends don't have supply issues and they can build a ton of them. Ford wants you to switch from one of the other models you have your reservation/order in on to a Big Bend Heritage Edition. They want your money NOW. Not down the road.
@@Gstv76 ya I'm more talking about the raptor and everglades, but I'd say even the heritage falls under the specialty build. They sent me many emails last year say why don't you switch to a 4 door soft top you'll get it faster. No thanks my 69 bronco isn't a 4 door soft top so neither will my new one be. Also if they can't make certain models then they should limit how may can be ordered at final order time. There were actually 2 badlands on the lot today one 2 door and one 4 door but apparently they were ordered by a TH-cam guy so I guess that why they came threw, guess it's all in who you know and the que doesn't mean as much as it used to.
These are super cool but good luck getting one. People cant even get a regular Bronco and with the limited run of 1966 that's gonna be a rare bird. Wonder what mark up the dealers will put on this version. Scary. Such a shame...

The white is too bright. It needs to be a touch creamy like the original if you are going to call it heritage. Looks weird.
I owned a 1973 Bronco with the ranger package, I loved the vehicle, easy to fix, dependable and parts were cheap, but as life goes I had to sell it and I still regret it today, todays bronco’s have too much plastic, electronics, parts are expensive besides the cost of the vehicle, it will never compare to my Bronco.
I know what you're talking about. I don't like the displays or the electronic gadgets. All I want is round dials, push buttons, etc.
Well it's been 50 years so....
I'm not a purist that hates all 4 door Broncos.... But this Heritage edition only works for me as a 2 door.
How much will these be marked up? They look great, but not for anywhere close to $100k Im sure they will be...

These are going to reservation holders for the first year. So if you want one you have to have a reservation already so it's not taking away from anyone, just giving us another option. Biggest issue will be restraints so those that switch will have an even longer wait.

I'm sorry but this doesn't work. In fact, it's rather hideous. Looks like a custom job Bronco II festooned by someone who lives too close to PepBoys. Ford did some cheap and easy color changes and voila: a Bronco6G vinyl special.
