The delorean is quick but the mustang boss in s+ is just broken it is not even fair
So is the camero SS if you put the V8 hybrid into it with zero down force. And i think i have the greatest amount of gears in it. Ive beat Bugatti's and hydra's. And i even beat the boss. But the one car i wasent able to beat is the ford crown vic. That thing is a monster if you put the grip tires on it. All my drag build have grip tires. The car i think will beat the delorian is the ferrari F-40. That thing is an absolute monster if you put the right tune and parts on it. I even beat that car he was racing on a speed race. With the F-40

@@jacksonandy218 Also firebird with w16 or I4 hybrid in S+, never lost a single race. With I4 it can also be built for S and it's also wins 99% of times
This DeLorean paired with the flaming tire smoke vanity tag is the closest we can get to replicating the Back to the Future DeLorean and it looks insane.

Check out the Chevy Colorado ZR2 with some kind of V8 A+ drift pro built… one put up 100k points against my R35 GTR drift pro build just now and I’m baffled
You should try the S15 Silvia for s+ drag racing. It’s probably the best drag car I’ve seen. Plus it’s top speed is 233.
Try the N/A Miata and the Eclipse, they gave me a good run in S+ with my DeLorean
Theo im saying this on the bottom of my heart but please try to use the Nissan Silva s15 with the p1 engine its genuinely ridiculous

Do the Cornut Mustang boss, u won't regret, I feel its the best car for bump-shifting+ S+ on the long race.
The best car i found to be really good is the camero SS. If you put that V8 hybrid in there, it has such a long second gear the acceleration with zero down force is a monster. I also found that the lancer IX is also really good if you put the 7 gear transmission in it. I also found that the Ferrari F-40 is a grip monster.
I've been using it since I saw it weeks ago. It is crazy.

I use the nissan 240z in s+ with a 2.9L V6 engine and that car is really quick i went up against someone using the delorean. The acceleration is almost the same i believe but beat it because i have more speed.
If u want to see the most ridiculous drag car look at alex cornut's mustang boss drag build for s+, ive never seen it loose. The video is title The Secret to Drag Racing
Tbh i found it to be faster in my Lotus Exige S, the 0-100kmp is abt 2 or 2.4 secs. I tested the delorean with the lotus and the lotus just plows past it😮

Take the infiniti, put W16. It has one of the best top speed after the chiron and regera, it accelerates like lotus exige but not for low speeds, both for low and high speeds. Its normally not a reliable car because its extremly unstable at handling but in drag racing the accel and top speed really makes it the king
best drag car imo is the 67 mercury, it makes the delorean look silly
QoL update i want: Where I can pick car classes that I want to PvP in and have a voting window.
Ex: if i just want to do B, A and A+ ill just. Go to PvP, then do something like this

S class S drag S drift

this game is gradually started to become a good nfs again but unfortunately i personally don't like different tires and classes also the day an night system ruined the story mode , i wish they remove Class types completely like old need for speed games
if you haven’t already you should try drift pro tires on the regera, surprisingly way more fun that i expected

Finally a broken build I can get behind! And finally an op build that doesn't includes typical popular cars like the focus, chiron, regera, any Lambo or Ferrari, and finally JDM. Like giving outliers the chance for the spotlight should encourage more variety in choosing what you WANT to race instead of what you can or can't race in anything.
Also yes I intentionally don't want to include SUVs for obvious reasons lol. I sound salty but it sorta makes sense to give other cars some sort of use in a game with meta instead of just existing honestly. Like that's the modding world for you! ANYTHING can become a sleeper and should have that potential.
The chiron can beat delorean, but not in quarter mile. The best time i got in delorean was 8.37.
And when the bugatti did good, I lost by 0.01sec
yeah this delorean isnt that great.. there's a S15 silvia build which I ran a 7.68 quarter mile.

honestly, I think you coulda won that first race against the Chiron and the 918 if you had driven in a straight line and didn't swerve through the better part of your acceleration.
