It’s an excellent presentation. Great work. Going by this, I can assure you it’ll take anywhere between 30-40 years to have it functioning in full capacity, provided a focused visionary as CBN is in power non stop. I recommend that you study the case of MIHAN SEZ in Nagpur to get an estimate of how long it takes for development to take place. A Govt can only build infra and allot lands and incentives to industries. But that itself doesn’t guarantee development. The companies have to come forward and start operations. In MIHAN land has been allotted for several companies but it’s been years and they haven’t started operations yet. After 15 years it’s yet to kick start economic activity. Infra is all in place. Even Metro rail is going to run from next month. Just imagine, CM Fadnavis and Union minister Gadkari are both from Nagpur and their party is in power at Centre. Yet the economic activity is very very slowly picking up. So The key to progress is economic activity. I hope all this effort and expenditure will trigger economic activity sooner than later. How long does it take to construct a 2 story building 1 year ? How long do you think it takes to construct 1600 km toads with all under gound works ? 2018 tenders for NGO housing IAS office rs housing and all other. It takes time and you know it

Do you know how long does take a goverment to do survey for 50,000 acres that total land for amaravati including goverment lands ? 2014 december the decision for the capital is taken 2015 may all farmers formerly agreed to give land. 2015 december total survey is done 2016 march total plan for the capital provided by singapore gov 2016 October land flattening works statrted. 2016 december tenders for seed access road 2017 march tender for remaining 33 roads works . How long does it take to construct a 2 story building 1 year ? How long do you think it takes to construct 1600 km toads with all under gound works ? 2018 tenders for NGO housing IAS office rs housing and all other. It takes time and you know it
