When Fontaine was the most anticipated thing for this update, Childe just had to rear his head and steal the spotlight, again.. it's amazing.

I really liked a couple of dancing robots. They move so beautifully. Like real people. Feelings and harmony in their movements are visible. I really want to see the animation when we defeat this double boss. They come forward, bow and then disappear beautifully taking each other by the hand. It's even romantic! I've never seen such a beautiful boss that consists of two characters. It's magical! The whole Fountain is something magical. Do you agree?

Given all the hints surrounding Freminet being an artificial human, and the clear links and many similarities between him and Albedo... And now him sounding near identical to Albedo... I'm fairly confident in my assumption that Freminet is another of the numerous failed Albedo Prototypes!
Could also be a coincidence (since EN have less option for VA compared to CN/KR/JP), there's also some cases of different interpretation on characters (such as their tones) and mistranslations.
Maybe that's just how he is 😕

I’m genuinely intrigued to see how the traveler will get “arrested” this time around, we are literally famous for saving half of the world, and here it’s the stormterror incident that started that. It can’t possibly be 6:49 because I assume our arrest is part of the main story and this seems like Lyneys story quest, plus it seems that Lynette disappeared or atleast was cut in half? Also CHILDE? I honestly was expecting another harbinger like Sandrone to come because of her machinery but CHILDE, is he here bailing us out? Since he’s like “this is how you guys do justice, what a joke” or smth like that, or maybe he’s here for the gnosis, ( well duh he’s here for the gnosis but maybe he’s bailing us out in the process if he’s saving us?) and is teaming up with Arlecchino. Also another thing, could the rain come from Celestia? It’s right above Fontaine and people said in the teaser Neuvillette was looking up, when he said “this trial is not over”, like towards celestia…

Yup, Sumeru went by EXTREMELY FAST. But for me personally thats because the 3.x updates were way better than the 2.x updates.
I’m so glad I discovered your channel, I can feel your genuine love for this game I always thought I’m weird for enjoying the game this much when I watch some other streamers for these streams, I feel guilty for being so hyped watching with them when there’s so much negativity and not caring at all.

I don't know if it's just me, but from the development talk regarding the diving mechanic I felt they kept it flexible enough to expand beyond Fontaine in the future. This is very important for Inazuma imo. Because we more or less have no chance of getting more landmasses for it in the future (Unless the dark sea opens up or something). So underwater structures and cities under Inazuma would make a great expansion.
Imagine the whole sea between liyue and inazuma can be explored 😂

Got the feeling that Fontaine justice system is not based on proof from investigation whatsoever, but on the majority of people who BELIEVE that you are guilty or not.
They did treat the judging process as entertainment after all, so perhaps even the mechs are involved in the jury.
that's exactly what I think. They have the accused fight for their innocence and that's their entertainment.
Rewatching this and I noticed that you said "Is everyone made of water here?" which makes me wow. Although there are implications leading to that, I didn't really think about it as being the original sin mentioned numerous times in the archon quest until 4.2 came around.

Fontaine characters and this story around them singlehandedly brought me back to playing, i still don't care for the gameplay of genshin but the story I would hear from friends made me want to experience it for myself and not just through videos, i had been avoiding your genshin videos since the start of your playthrough solely because i wasn't interested but now that I'm getting invested i may need to take a look at your lore ones since everyone says you go deep into lore and that's right up my alley for any game.
Tldr: fontaine is nice and I'm grinding out wishes and strengthening the characters i have to eventually make it to that content (im still in liyue) and will go back through your videos to see what I've missed over the years

45:53 i still haven't done with 50% of the 3.4 desert area because of the lack of underground map till this day.. Those intricate underground labyrinth with no in-game reference map shit is literally what makes me burnt out for months since the desert region came out and they make us wait for almost a year to fix it.. And they have the audacity to say that they don't want players to suffer 'excessive anxiety' by adding new permanent content..
