I just converted my desk too after this video. First week (4 days in) I’m down 5lbs. I didn’t change my diet and walked 9-12 miles a day at 2.0 speed for now.
@@TheSuperPsychoKiller Do you think someone else should be responsible for your health, or do you think that is your own responsibility? Why do you want others to determine what is healthy for you?
@@trap7196One of the biggest drawbacks of exercise is it’s hard to commit to that in your free time when you have work and other responsibilities outside of work. It certainly helps for companies to implement this. There already are exercise rooms available at jobs for this reason. I’m pretty sure big corporations can afford giving their workers under desk treadmills which cost half as a standard one
As a partial WFH employee, No company is “required” to do this, as working from home is a privilege within itself. It’s your responsibility to find time for your health outside of work. Having a treadmill doesn’t mean it’ll be used. My job has an on site gym, as well as discounts for memberships as certain corporate gyms. Most people don’t use it.

I mean.... about 27-32 km a day, that's pretty awesome! I bet her leg muscles are crazy strong!! She must burn around 2-3000 calories, or even more, I love it!
It's either a cable issue or your power outlet. Try a different hole in your power outlet or a different outlet all together if changing the cable doesn't work.

That is like saying you can’t be productive at work while standing and not sitting. It is just that waking requires slightly more energy than standing.

Is it hard to get used to?
Dang
Impossible to concentrate

I worked with Lisa at Progressive. She would walk all day, through meetings too. She is cool and funny as hell
M’kay.

Are you liking it? I’m considering the same

Any suggestions on a treadmill? I have to be on the phone all the time. I need something quiet
There are cycling options that are pretty quiet
@@bkland9400 whats the brand or link to the treadmill thanks
People usually cannot hear it. I have asked multiple people while I was walking. They can only hear the beeps if you are changing pace.
Can we know which treadmill worked best for you?
I wonder what the speed was on her walking pad...?
she’s so pretty !!!
All companies should give all work at home employees free desk treadmills.
No, your health is your responsibility.
@@trap7196 If you’re a business owner would you rather have your employees get sick often or make sure they are healthy?

Hi! I just tried this and by day 3 my monitors began going black and then back to the screen, slow flickering. Not sure how to resolve this
Try swapping out the cable from ur monitor to your laptop/pc/docking station. Flickering tends to be a cable issue

Was wondering if I can study while walking
Definitely. I do it all the time, and walking while studying really keeps you mentally sharp.
