Juba shouldn't have featured in the list,it can't be ahead of mwanza, kisumu is ahead of mwanza,if you rank cities it's not just about building but the GDP of the city, Mombasa is ahead of Kampala.

I think GDP can be a little misleading especially since Mombasa handles Kampala goods... And Kampala is more fertile.... But it's debatable... Especially since you've told me that whole gdp story...

Biased research, have been to Nakuru, kisumu, Mwanza and Arusha but mind you only Kisumu can be ranked first a head of Mwanza just because of slightly infrastructural development, but Juba , Bujumbura and Nakuru can't match Mwanza... you have to travel I will recommend Liv Kenya comparisons because she is been into almost EAC cities.
