It’s so sweet to see you and other young homemakers embrace thrifting to create a well established home. My husband and I furnished our entire home from auctions, garage sales, and thrift stores as we set up our home 42 years ago. That tray! Oh my goodness, it's beautiful! The pillow cover is the perfect compliment. Sometimes I think of great thrifting finds as little gifts from God. Praying for your peace of mind during delivery and postpartum. 💓

It goes without saying that I love everything you do. I agree with hemming the curtains. I personally wouldn't want dust bunnies getting caught in the bottom of them :) Anyway, the room looks wonderful. Wise words from your father, indeed!

Awesome Video!!! In America we are the only Country that put pressure on new mothers to be "Perfect" without instructions or support!!!! I'm very very thankful that God doesn't want us to thrive for "perfection" or "performance"!!!! But, He desire for us to have the "superpower" of "contentment" and "gratitude"!!!!! The daily promise of God is He daily gives us Grace & Mercy-Psalm 23:6 NIV & Hebrew 4:16 NIV & II Corinthians 12:9-12 NIV.
Agh yes! And I’m learning how necessary it is for me to not “have it all together” for God to do even better things ❤️

I love those bedside lamps! Everything looks beautiful and peaceful.
With the onyx tray, I'd put it on an easel stand, and use it as display. First of all, it's more decorative than strictly functional, but you also wouldn't want it absorbing toothpaste or water stains.
You've found some excellent vintage items. What do you think about hanging something over the headboard? Enjoy your sweet baby! ❤
Oh that’s a great idea with the easel! I haven’t noticed it getting stained, but wouldn’t want that! And yes! I totally want something up there but haven’t found the right thing yet
Very nice! Love the little framed ‘dupe’ paintings! I think actually very appropriate to have no mat. And so nice to take from the same ‘real’ painting for both sides of the bed.
I didn’t think I would have enough of it but it worked perfectly for it!
I love the bedroom makeover. Green is my color too. A tip, have you considered painting the cord to your hanging lamp the same as the wall color? Total score on the onyx tray. Love your music and prayers to you on baby #3.

Your bedroom is simply perfect - every small touch contributes to the wonderful vibe you've created. As a 62-year-old woman who shares your deep faith, I find the organic feel of your space truly uplifting. I've walked a similar path as a single mother to two children, albeit 19 years apart. Through those experiences, I've come to understand that while money may come and go, the love and devotion you pour into your family and your faith are what truly matter. Our Heavenly Father watches over us, providing the care and guidance we need.
I can relate to struggling with severe anxiety in my younger years, but with time, it does fade away. Life moves swiftly, so try not to worry too much - everything will fall into place. I'm glad to hear you put a ba-day ( spelled wrong 🤣)in your bathroom as it is a tremendous help.
Please know that I'm keeping you in my prayers, although deep in my heart, I trust that everything will be okay. Oh, and I couldn't agree more - Quince does offer some truly amazing items!

I love the secretary desk! I've been looking at them, I'd really love to have one! Maybe curtains with a very light green print or small stripe in them would be gorgeous! (On the door & windows) To bring in more color. I do love the music you use, very inspirational. Love the pillow case❤ Try A little stain remover & scrub with an old toothbrush, wipe with white cloth.. should get the little stain right out of the tray! The pictures turned out beautifully! I'm definitely getting some modpodge! Again, the frames are gorgeous😊Being small prints the pictures look fine without a mat. Everything turned out so pretty and fresh! The scripture at the end is one we all should remember or be reminded of..God will always take care of us and never fail us! So thank you for reminding us😊

The room looks good. I really like that tray. I think the curtains look fine, but if you wanted color there maybe a sheer green like on the coverlet.
