I forgot to ask the question at the end 😂 - here it is: what is something that you know you should do to improve your speaking but you don't? And why don't you do this?
Yes u did. forgot to leave the question 😂 I think the thing that I have missed is to stay consistent which is very important but I don't do everyday. I think I often try to make an excuse not to spend time shadowing, listening etc. For example, today's weather is really bad so I am gonna skip it or my condition is not good so skip it today like this~ What a naughty boy I am. Actually I shouldn't have done it. So I am going to try to change my mind. Do not make an any other excuse under any circumstances. Do it at least every single minute and just stick to it. Come on!!
1. I wish I could afford to have a native private English teacher who talked to me everyday, but I can't. 2. Because I can't afford. Back to square one🙄
Jack, you're just amazing! I'm a teacher in Brazil and I've been using and recommending your videos to all my students! This technique really works! Thanks a lot!
Yes I agree with you because the listening is very important to improve your skills and the ability to speak, but you should practice what you have listened to ,with your friends or just with yourself in front of the mirror every single day
Thank you very much this very useful tips 1-To learn new words and expressions. Once you happen on a new one - underline or write it down. 2. To listen as much as you can. 3. To be consistent and persistent 💪🏾
I like the focus on listening particularly in countries where the public don't hear English on media or out in the community or even at home - children learning English but parents don't understand english - good work Jack
Actually, i just saw your channel a few days ago. But the way, you create your content video which is very useful. To be honest, I'm from Asian so with your voice and pronunciation what is wonderful. And how to contribute for an own secret way what is never imagined. It helps me thinking out- boxes, make more positive dynamic. Thanks very much!
It is so interesting to learn from theses tips,i think collocations is undoubtedly an effective way of making words do work together tô sound more natural...i liked your hot useful tips
Anyway, to learn a language whenever it is you must begin learning phonetic sounds, vowels, consonants, basic words and repeat them as natural as you can, then you must learn grammar, you must be consistent learn a language takes time and it depends on you and your attitude, you must be able to solve your problems and get motivated every single day. And if you keep doing this in a few months you'll be able to communicate everything you want. Change your mentality and you'll progress or Keep it up and you'll fail on every single target you want to achieve.
I’ve learnt English watching random vlogs in TH-cam. First, I didn’t expect it to work, but I went to the USA and I freaked out cause I could speak with people without being anxious.
Normally i like to see videos american accent but today i found your youtube channel and than i liked of the britsh accent cuz i understood around 89% and this it maked me a lotta happy
Great job Jack! You gave us excellent tips. Besides, your approach is very special, you seem to have deep ideas over learning language process. Actually, you've showed us a very good pathway to increase our abilities in English. Thank you so much! Greetings from Brazil.
I agree! In my opinion listening is the best way to improve your ability, listening can increase your vocabulary, pronunciation and also indirectly your speaking, because you're learning the natural way like a baby starts speaking.
Isaac Nunes Listen as much as you can 👍 focused listening. Reading subtitles isn’t practising listening skills (if you like football, learn English football vocabulary with me 👍)
I know I should speak in english every time that I have the chance to do it but I'm always terrified of making mistakes or sometimes I don't know what to say or how to say it.
Dear Moni Dorao, practice will make us perfect. Listening, reading and writing should we try all the time.Your writing is good. Wishing you best of luck. I am replying you from Bangladesh and I do also practice English language for learning. I love this language. I like practicing it's grammar and listen rhyms and songs. Ive just found this channel. I saw it's very useful channel😍 And I gonna tell "thank you" for such amazing podcasts ☺☺☺ But, can you make these videos possible to download please 😇
Listen or watch, learn new words, repeat the words you have learned!Do it continuingly, that's the rule if you want your learning process to be more efficient and to be good at speaking!
Great tips, Bro! 👍🏻 You say: 1. To learn new words and expressions. Once you happen on a new one - underline or write it down. 2. To listen as much as you can. 3. To be consistent and persistent 💪🏾
Thank you a lot. It was really helpful for me. I have problems with fluency and sself confidence. I mean i cannot response vocabulary , which i learnt, in my speech.
I usually watch news on tv. CNN, BBC and Fox News. They speak really fast but I'd say I can understand at least 60% of what they say. That means I'm getting used to their accents once I wasn't able to understand a word at first.
Hi sir Thank you so much indeed. I would like to ask you question. The question is that which is better for developing my English language reading novels or ielts.
To become fluent I should have more opportunities to speak face to face but the problem is it’s difficult to find a language partner even online; had tried some pen pal websites but with little success; if you have any recommendation about that? I came across this video just recently and I think Jack is the best ever! Am going to follow up all the videos on this channel! Thanks for sharing!
I forgot to ask the question at the end 😂 - here it is: what is something that you know you should do to improve your speaking but you don't? And why don't you do this?
Answering your question: I should apply LRRC method, but I don't do it(
