@hikmah bersama or why Mohammed progressed from lying, to banditry, to thievery, to enslaving, to rape, to murdering, to torture, to genocide (of Jews, no less). There is good and there is evil, and no man is invulnerable to evil’s sophistication. I think Christ helps here, for as Christ points out, sin begins as a thought, then as intent, long before it manifests as an act. Ravi was noticeably vain, (from my view point) and that may have made him vulnerable. There are lots of vulnerable points in the Catholic Church too, I was raised in it, so I have my own observations on all of that, and there are a lot of things I find problematic, inconsistent with what Jesus taught. There are no people capable of perfection except Christ, which is why he said he came to fulfill the law - since we could not.
@hikmah bersama Exactly.. Pope Benedict had to step down because of Cathopeado. Besides, there are no scientific proof that Jesus nor the prophets that came before him ever existed.

Just bought the book and read the conclusion first. In face of this fact that Islam is fundamentally the theological justification for Arabic imperialism, and therefore, at its core, a political phenomenon, how do you think Christians should respond? One thing is to respond theologically to something that is an honest attempt at seeking a theological result. But as per the book, Islam, as a collective, seeks to use theology as a tool to submission to a certain collective of Arabic elites.

Islam seems to me to be stuck in a similar place to Judaism at the time of Jesus. @hikmah bersama All of the (catholic & episcopal) churches in my suburb are packed. I mean packed. In my case, the study of Islam (academically, its history and jurisprudence) made me appreciate Christ all the more, so Islam played a role in getting me back into church and closer to Jesus. I soon noticed, having learned enough about Islam, that the Gospel of John is written like a letter to Muslims, addressing their concerns, all 500 years before their was a Mohammed preaching Islam - if the Koran is a miracle, how much more of a miracle is a Gospel written in rebuttal ot the Koran and Islam 500 years in advance? Pretty amazing! John starts out in Ch 1, verse 1, speaking in precisely Islamic terms "in the beginning was the word, and the word was with God and was God, ..." and then in verse 14 "and the word was made flesh and dwelt among us, which the Koran agrees with. Then in John 10:10, Jesus actually compares himself to Mohammed, and makes promises that have largely come true 1800 to 1900 years later. The best way for a westerner or Christian to appreciate the gift of their inheritance is to study the life of Mohammed (according to Islam's traditional sources), and Islamic jurisprudence (Islamic law says that muslims should follow the example of the prophet). Then look around the world, there are no non-petro-muslim majority states where 95% of the people dream of emigrating out of the misery to a western state. They don't realize that their misery is born from the assumptions and burdens Mohammed, through Islam, places upon their societies. Of course they would if they read verse 10, chapter 10, of John's gospel, and contemplated just what it means.

To Jay Smith and Robert Spencer. Thank you again fo r a splendid discussion. Congratulations Robert Spencer on the new book. I have just ordered your book from Amazon. Will read it when it gets to me soon. I also have your first book. As I have mentioned before in these comments the Quran bears witness that indeed it (the Quran) was already known to the people of Israel. Here are some quick references in the Quran: 26:197 Is it not a sufficient sign for them that it was known to the scholars among the Children of Israel? 6:20 Those to whom we have given the scripture recognize this as they recognize their own children. The ones who lose themselves are those who do not believe. 87:18 This is recorded in the earlier teachings. 87:19 The teachings of Abraham and Moses. And yes the Quran is derived from an earlier non-Arabic source. The Quran says so itself here: 16:103 We are fully aware that they say, "A human being is teaching him!" The tongue of the source they point at is non-Arabic, and this is a perfect Arabic tongue. So the source was a non Arabic tongue. 41:44 If we made it a non-Arabic Quran they would have said, "Why did it come down in that language?" Whether it is Arabic or non-Arabic, say, "For those who believe, it is a guide and healing... So whether Arabic or non Arabic, it has guidance. Jay Smith, Robert Spencer you must realise by now that what is found written in the Quran is totally out of sync with what is practised as Islam by Muslims for over 1000 years. The Quran has absolutely no connection with the religion that is practised by the Muslims. The religion that is practised by the Muslims for over a 1,000 years is NOT FOUND in the Quran. Instead ALL Islamic rituals and practises are found in the HADITH, SUNNAH and the jurisprudence (FIQH) that came two hundred years or more after the time of the non existent muhammad. And the hadith, sunnah, fiqh in turn are plagiarised from the Jewish, Christian, Zoroastrian sources. Here is a short list (I have more) of Islamic beliefs which are NOT FOUND in the Quran, but which are found in the hadith, the Bible and the Jewish scriptures. I have indicated their biblical / jewish origins. 1. Hatred of dogs - Deut 23:19 2. Restrictions against menstruating women - Leviticus 3. Shalom aleichem / aleychem shalom - Jewish 4. Circumcision - Genesis 17:14 5. Hijab / headcover - from Mother Theresa (1st Corinthians) 6. Ban against graven images, statues - Deut 4:15-18 7. Men shall wear beards - Leviticus 8 Saying Amen - Ddeut 27:15-26 9. Hanging up holy writing - Deut 6:6-9 10. Wife beating - Exodus 21:28 etc (Yes I know 4:34 very well) 11. Stoning adulterers - Old Testament 12. Killing apostates - Old Testament 13. Ritual prayer with bowing, prostrating - its Jewish, Christian 14 The call to prayer (adzan) copied from the Jewish Shema Yisrael th-cam.com/video/fUSdHB1R-W4/w-d-xo.html 15 Allahuakbar (god is great) - from Book of Psalms. All these and more (fasting, pilgrimage, paying tithes) are not found in the Quran. They are found in the hadith which must be all fake because as you correctly point out there was no muhammad. No muhammad then no hadith. The non-Quranic Islam that creates so much havoc in the world today is a Jewish / Christian reconstruct by means of the fake hadith and sunnah. This is where Murad's fingering Khorasan and the Abbasid's comes into play. Thank you.
Petra was the center of the catholic province of the arabs. It is a widespread error that all arabs were heretics (Sabeen=Homorites=Arians). There were many faithful and very pius catholics. This book will be very good . Robert Spencer is a great author. Shias are a theologically opposite sect of majority Sunni Islam. If one wants to know what really happened 1400 years ago in the middle east, I think one should also seek their help. For example, they say there were some sahabas or close friends of prophet Muhammad standing with him when prophet Muhammad was dying. Prophet Muhammad ordered some sahabas to bring pen and paper to him to write a last dying wish to announce his successor after his to be Ali but Umar resisted and didn't give pen and paper to prophet Muhammad. Ali is the father of Shia Islam. later Umar kicked the wife of Ali which was Fatima on her belly and thus killed the unborn baby in her womb. Fatima was the daughter of Prophet Muhammad.
If its a religion, why would anyone care who succeed whom? I don't get that. It rarely matters to catholics who the pope is, the religion stays the same. If Islam is not a religion, but instead a political ideology, then maybe it matters. But if it is political, it is, by definition, unholy.
sunni Muslims say this account didn't and never happened. Shias have their own hadith and Sunnis have their own hadith. Also, they don't accept Allah as a god but they never tell this in public. Shias say Ali is the creator of the whole universe. Ali created humans, plants, animals and weather, and so on. like Quran Ali has his own book nahjat al balagha.
Lots of things make various aspects of Christianity look "bad". But, they don't (at least in the 21st Century) usually kill skeptics or intimidate public debate.
You could also add extreme leftist bias, anaemic cultural relativism, academic reductionism, political bias, political correctness, Islamic propaganda, and human cowardice. But you think having a belief system different to yours is the sole problem. Hmmmm...
“This is what Academics are a worried about ‘making Islam look bad’ - something, admittedly, Islam does a pretty good job of by itself.
Certainly, and that'exactly what is meant by the now famous, "Holes in the Narratives".

Amazing interview and yes I always speak truth when it needs to be told ❤❤❤ God Bless and Protect you 🙏❤
Yes update it every year 👍👍
I was always struck that Muslim Traditions more often, are renditions of Israelite Culture. There is nothing to Like or Dislike, Faith in the One and Only Living God is Inspired to Graduating Higher Levels of Awareness by TRUTH.
It might be interesting to know who have compiled the first Qur'an(s): the Mecca Qur'an and the Medina Qur'an, and how. They look so different. Are both, fully compiled, or created, by Umar?
Muhammed never had the makings of a varsity athlete
Looking forward to reading it. I’ve ordered it
Thanks Praise Jesus Christ the way the life the truth the son of God
Kindle delivered mine this morning, no doubt the best tenner spent this year.
I love this man's devotion, his website is wonderful, full of facts and current events regarding our Islamic neighbours.
Thanks Brothers Dr Jay and Dr Spencer.I can't wait to read this book and will surely share my views on this site.Yes it's true Dr Robert dares to do what other erudite writers don't.God bless you Dr Jay and Dr Robert.Well said Dr Robert about standing up for the truth and never fearing death.
Just bought the digital version. Couldn't wait to read it.
Great stuff. Bought the Kindle edition.
Couldn’t have said it better myself. Beautiful
About a hundred years ago in Egypt, Taha Hussein, who is still considered the best scholar on Arabic literature, wrote a book about the different dialects of Arabic in pre Islamic Arabia and Levant.
The response to his book was violent and extreme, he almost got killed and the book banned in the Islamic world… they know where that research was leading.
I preordered his book for my Kindle. I cannot wait to read it.
Yes you can
Need this on audible!!!
Amazing job Jay and Robert.
There are some many threads to this new weave of research and history, I'm turning to drawing out a timeline with those different threads paralleled just to start making sense of all this; a paradigm shift with the potential for great impact. Fringe scholars, keep up the good work!
The abdul will definitely angry on spencer because of this new book.
@Flat Sky "Abdul" is typically an ignorant attempt at a slur, but you admit that you don't know if it's directed at a race or religion even though you stated plainly that it was racist in your first sentence. So it turns out you're just exchanging one blind insult for another. Great job.
You know "Abdul" infers 'slave of God' right? If you're an atheist I guess you could use the term in some sort of irony but if you're any kind of theist you're basically saying that their religion is true. Just go ahead and say the Shahada now.
@@jasontarmon8505 ABDUL! allah is the name of the god of muslim so dont tell me " slave of god" it should be "slave of allah" that is why your name should be abdullah.
@Flat Sky Abdul means slave of Allah
@@jasontarmon8505 I already recited the Shahada, and Abdullah is the name that I took on, "slave of Allah|swt" is complete obedience to Allah|swt what's wrong with being a believer?
God bless you Robert and Jay, you are excavating the truth at great peril to your lives.
Robert's original book was one of the books i took to the hospital in 2014/15 when i was there loved it
WOWWW!!!
Thanks Mr Robert spencer and jay. Great work
The internet will be the end for Islam
I just picked up the book and realized that when reading Jay's forward I read it in his voice :) Can't wait to really dig in.
Funny we were just talking about a coin in Robert's first book when we spoke on Sunday night.
Could you ask Robert Spencer if his Publisher would be interested in publishing a Judaic take on things Jay? :)
@@NJ-ju8fr Don't hate Judaism.
Red👁Judaism - enjoy your work quite a bit. Thanks for giving credence to Leo III statement about the authors of the Furqan.
What an outstanding body of work you two gentlemen accrued, in working against deception. May God richly bless you
The book and the man.
Without the book and the man....
Great investigation.
The crux of the matter, simply put, is that the historical personality glorified by SIN never existed.
Just waiting for the Book 📖 to arrive.. Can’t wait 😊.. I also can’t wait for the end of Islam’ .. This book will help it die ..
dear jay
good that u brought in rs
but let him do some talking
Jay's so competitive he even stumps Robert for a moment there. Probably a bit cheeky but you need scrappers like that, constantly pushing and challenging. They're the only ones who can fight this fight anyway. The rest of us keep our mouths shut in fear.
Thank you for both of you for all you doing. God bless 🙏
PLEASE, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, DO TRANSLATE THE BOOK IN OTHER LANGUAGES!...GOD BLESS YOU BOTH!
Could you guys please make an audio version for audible or bard mobile? I’m blind, so even if I got it on Amazon or Kindle, I’m wouldn’t be able to read it myself without getting it transcribed into braille. Or maybe I should request book share to make a copy.
Is the Bible done that way ?
@@patrickkparrker413 I'm not sure about that per se (I knew I had a Bible on Bard Mobile at one point, but I can't find it browsing now), but I've heard other books on Bard and Audible.
@@blindvision4703 There certainly should be , I fact there is on you tube , God would make sure of that
To Jay Smith and Robert Spencer.
Here are some quick references in the Quran:
26:197 Is it not a sufficient sign for them that it was known to the scholars among the Children of Israel?
6:20 Those to whom we have given the scripture recognize this as they recognize their own children. The ones who lose themselves are those who do not believe.
87:18 This is recorded in the earlier teachings.
87:19 The teachings of Abraham and Moses.
And yes the Quran is derived from an earlier non-Arabic source. The Quran says so itself here:
16:103 We are fully aware that they say, "A human being is teaching him!" The tongue of the source they point at is non-Arabic, and this is a perfect Arabic tongue.
1. Hatred of dogs - Deut 23:19
2. Restrictions against menstruating women - Leviticus
3. Shalom aleichem / aleychem shalom - Jewish
4. Circumcision - Genesis 17:14
5. Hijab / headcover - from Mother Theresa (1st Corinthians)
6. Ban against graven images, statues - Deut 4:15-18
7. Men shall wear beards - Leviticus
8 Saying Amen - Ddeut 27:15-26
9. Hanging up holy writing - Deut 6:6-9
10. Wife beating - Exodus 21:28 etc (Yes I know 4:34 very well)
11. Stoning adulterers - Old Testament
12. Killing apostates - Old Testament
13. Ritual prayer with bowing, prostrating - its Jewish, Christian
14 The call to prayer (adzan) copied from the Jewish Shema Yisrael th-cam.com/video/fUSdHB1R-W4/w-d-xo.html
15 Allahuakbar (god is great) - from Book of Psalms.
There was an arabian province of the Catholic Church: Palestina salutaris (palaestina III), with the diocese Oriens.
Bought kindle book…. Great Job!
Thank you both for all your work.
Outstanding Robert Amazon advised its arriving next soon
More grace brothers
I will be buying my copy ASAP! Great stuff as usual Dr. Jay and Robert!! This is groundbreaking and amazing work
thank you Robert , you did it on my special day so i'll buy a copy! Love your interviews with dr. Jay
With Jay i say he is great Also i love the way he says " Britain"
This was phenomenal, guys, keep it up.
Speaking of "abrogation", has anyone created an "abrogated Quran" - e.g. one without the abrogated verses? It would be enlightening I would think.
Tommy Robinson & Peter McLoughlin did. It’s called Mohammad’s Koran, Why Muslims Kill for Islam. They show all the verses and strike through all the abrogated ones. It’s very interesting.
@@karenthompson1337 Thanks.
Try Bill Warner 👍👍
Is it available for download.
This series is blowing my mind
I just received the book today
I was excited to buy the first and if the second has more facts as stated then I obviously have to share this with my ‘free thinking’ muslim friends! Thanks brothers in Christ! 🙏🏼🏴👍🏻💪🏼✝️🇬🇧⛪️🙏🏼
Is it available as e-book?
He said it was $9 on Kindle
Yes, $9
Om Kobo.com also.
Well done to both of you, to speak out the truth 👍
This book will be very good . Robert Spencer is a great author. Shias are a theologically opposite sect of majority Sunni Islam. If one wants to know what really happened 1400 years ago
in the middle east, I think one should also seek their help.
I just ordered it on Barnes & Nobles. Ohh I’m super excited to get it! Drat though…. I get it in 4 days
Bought the book 😊 Keep up the good work.
academic research must free from faith interference
You could also add extreme leftist bias, anaemic cultural relativism, academic reductionism, political bias, political correctness, Islamic propaganda, and human cowardice. But you think having a belief system different to yours is the sole problem. Hmmmm...
Truth gonna be Proved vrey soon .Nice shirt buddy.
Which are those two books besides Spencer's?
Can't wait to order the non-abroggated version!
Love this
Fantastic work of scholarship. A must read.
