no that was only 6.5lbs at the most. I can eat a 10lbs of burger still even though not trained for 2,5 years. Wouldn't be fun but that was not much food to give me any discomfort

Sir how do you balance such large intake of calories in one go over time or over different meals
This was my meal for the whole day so equal it out it is about 3 meals. I juggle calories and since the 3 trips I took back to back I have not done a food challenge in 2 weeks
